Tenue de Soiree is a fruity, sweet iris scent that softens over time, blending into a clean leather note that gives it versatility for various occasions. While its character is feminine and distinctive, I think it shines more at special events or for making a striking first impression. Then it evolves into something ambered and slightly chocolatey, with a very pleasant texture, always well-structured and high quality. It might remind you of perfumes by Givenchy or Prada, but honestly, I see it as more original. I love it, because Goutal perfumes denote quality, strength, and excellent evolution. It’s no exception: it’s a great iris perfume, not entirely cosmetic, but refined and eye-catching. Rating: 8.5/10 Tested from official sample.

It’s super sparkly! ✨ Reminds me of the taste of Haribo gummy bears—not a specific one, but a mix of all of them. It’s sour and sweet, not cloying, refreshing like a lemon and blackcurrant soda 🍋🍇 with lots of bubbles. It also has a slightly powdery touch from the iris, which I love. At first, when I tried it with a sample, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep it, but someone gifted it to me, and I have to say, I’ve really gotten a taste for it 💫

The Evernil (oakmoss) and a cocktail of musks are quite noticeable here. Patchouli goes unnoticed, and the blend leans sweeter, like a clean chocolate with musk. Interestingly, it starts soft but gains more body and strength as it dries down. The scent is refined and elegant, though it doesn’t bring much novelty. It leans more feminine, though I see unisex potential with a nocturnal character. Rating: 6
