Tentations was a work of unimaginable beauty; I still can’t find an acceptable reason for discontinuing this miracle. Tentations had everything: beauty, mystery, elegance, depth, originality, and quality. I never owned this perfume myself, but a roommate did, and from its bottle to its scent, it hypnotized me. Tentations smelled of peaches and blooming flowers, wrapped in incense, with a very aromatic cinnamon, woods, and spices—so much opulence in a single perfume. It was beautiful to perceive; she would leave the house, and her perfume would continue to invade the space. So chic, so warm. Its beauty is indescribable, its character very baroque, just like its artistic bottle. Please, let Tentations return.

Tentations was an incredible work of art; I still don’t understand why they discontinued it. It had everything: beauty, mystery, elegance, and quality. I never tried it myself, but my roommate used it, and it hypnotized me from the bottle to the scent. I smelled peaches, aldehydic flowers with incense, aromatic cinnamon, woods, and spices; such opulence in just one fragrance. It was beautiful to feel it; when she left the house, the aroma filled the entire space. So chic, so warm, its beauty is indescribable, its character very baroque, just like its artistic bottle. Tentations, please come back!

I was looking for some information about this perfume today, one I didn’t know, and I’m a bit confused by the comments that it has been taken off the market. I was searching for this info because just today, December 21, 2016, I received it as a gift, so I’m reading it seems like I’ve received a treasure or what?

Is there any perfume currently available that resembles this scent?? I want it!

I had forgotten I owned it. My mother gave it to me when I was a teenager, and honestly, I didn’t like it much back then. I found it yesterday in a box with old things, and amazingly, the scent is exactly the same, only now I actually like it. The smell reminds me of a chess match; I don’t know why.

Tentations makes me remember and travel back in time. It was 1998 when I discovered it, shortly after its market launch. The first thing that caught my attention was its particular bottle, very characteristic of its creator’s style, simple but with the artistic touches necessary to make it stand out. Preceded by Paloma Picasso, a worldwide commercial success during the 80s and early 90s, Tentations had to be born in the huge shadow of that beautiful monster, yet it was able to pass the test with spirit, absolutely distancing itself from its “sister’s” style. I remember its trail: fruity-sweet, liquorish, with touches of spicy woods, unlike anything else on the perfume market at that time. A beautiful perfume that is missed… like those old and unforgettable loves that, once gone, always leave some heartbroken.

Tentations takes me back in time. I discovered it in 1998, shortly after its release. The first thing I noticed was the bottle, very characteristic of its creator, simple yet with artistic touches that made it stand out. Preceding Paloma Picasso, a global hit in the eighties and early nineties, Tentations was born in the shadow of that beautiful monster and surpassed it with flair, completely distancing itself from her style. I remember its trail: fruity-sweet, liqueur-like, with spicy woods, unlike anything else of that era. A beautiful fragrance that is sorely missed… like those unforgettable old loves that, when they’re gone, leave your heart broken.

If anyone knows a master perfumer or fragrance house that could recreate this perfume for me, or if you know of one with a similar scent, please, I beg you, tell me. Thanks.

It happened to me exactly like it did to you, Mitsouko; I’ve spent years searching for remnants until the few that remain are already too expensive. Since then, I haven’t found a fragrance that fills me like this one. I’ve used Annayake Matsuri, which has a nice touch with a certain resemblance, now I’m with Sì by Giorgio Armani, and even Versace Noir, but nothing pleases me as much as that one, and honestly, I’m still searching for a perfume I can adopt as my own! Still searching! What have you found that you like as much as this?… Hopefully Paloma Picasso will bring it back.

It happened to me with Mitsouko; I spent years searching for leftovers until the few that remained were very expensive. Since then, I haven’t found anything that fills me the way this did. I’ve tried Annayake Matsuri, which has a nice, similar touch, and now I use Sì by Giorgio Armani and even Versace Noir, but nothing pleases me as much as that one, and I’m still searching for my own signature scent. I’m still on the hunt! What have you found that you love so much? Hopefully, Paloma Picasso will bring it back.

A delicious perfume with great presence and longevity. It’s very original in its scent; I could describe it as ambiguous, like a bitter-sweet, mysterious, enveloping, seductive note with spicy touches. It’s extremely sexy, and I insist: out of the ordinary. It doesn’t resemble any other. It was my second great perfume, and I adored it. Now, unfortunately, like everything good, they discontinued it. What cruelty.

It was my favorite perfume for years until they pulled it. When I went looking for it, I managed to find a miniature that I started collecting. There are others I like, but none compare to Tentations; it was perfect on my skin, a part of me. Edited: 5 out of 5.

It was my favorite perfume for years until they pulled it. When that happened, and while trying to find it, I ended up getting a miniature, which sparked my hobby of collecting them. There are other perfumes I like, but none like Tentations; it was perfect on my skin, it was part of me. Edited: 5 out of 5.
