Elegant, very masculine, and serious perfume. In my opinion, it’s for men over 40 and formal occasions. The notes are expertly crafted, with incense and vanilla standing out as it dries down. The longevity is excellent and it projects quite well.

  • It’s the best of the Signature line. Very well balanced and the strongest of the three. I detect a hint of whiskey in the background, with woody and sweet notes, plus floral touches. Sometimes I perceive a smoky nuance, but not always. It’s a delicious accord. Update 2024: Looking for a similar commercial option, Loewe 7 Anónimo (old version) reminds me a bit, though there are no direct dupes. The Loewe scent is much more citrusy. Scent: 9/10, Longevity: 7/10, Projection: 6/10, Sillage: 5/10, Value: 4/10, Blind Buy: 7/10, Versatility: 8/10. Ideal for mild climates and shoulder seasons.

  • What an incredible fragrance! Nothing synthetic here, just pure quality. The projection and longevity are off the charts. Highly recommended at 200%! Bravo to Zaharoff and this masterpiece!

  • A masterpiece. Very similar to Masculin Pluriel, but in my judgment, stronger and less soft in its oud journey. Still, it’s a wonderful high-quality masculine fougère of extraordinary and outstanding caliber.

  • Masterpiece. Very similar to Masculin Pluriel, but in my opinion more potent and less soft as it evolves due to the oud. Still a wonderful quality men’s fougère with outstanding performance.

  • Sometimes in niche perfumery, prices don’t match the quality, or brands have too much ‘aura’ for little value. With this Zaharoff, the quality-to-price ratio is impeccable for something costing over €100. It’s a tribute to lavender (the symbol of cleanliness) but ‘dirty’ up with myrrh, oud, and incense: spicy, peppery, exotic lavender, sometimes mentholated, and very interesting. You can feel the perfumer’s care and attention, using top-tier ingredients. The first two hours roar with power; from the third hour on, it softens but comforts you for hours. It’s true niche: quality, good taste, longevity, and sillage.

Upon application, it smells like a timeless classic, an old-school fougère with a dark, smoky, yet bright and natural touch, very easy for daily wear. It’s woody, though the wood feels more like a personal base note than a dominant one. What stands out is that fresh green pear, comfortably embedded and shining through in the top and heart notes. The oud is light and friendly; the smoky touch comes from the myrrh-incense combo, with a dry vetiver mitigated by a delicate sandalwood. It’s a good scent, but for me, it lacks emotions that touch the soul, something that radiates more than just a freshly ironed shirt. If it were broader and more ‘projecting,’ it would be on my list, but for now, it doesn’t fully align with my tastes. Still, it’s a worthy, original, and unique product worth the investment. Thanks to Sejano 77 for the opportunity.

  • It’s an EDP that seeks out classic fougère vibes but with a lot of modern personality. I absolutely love this Signature: 100% masculine scent, fresh upon opening with lavender and a touch of pear that makes it unique. It’s for men who don’t ask for permission, pure class and elegance. As the hour wears on, when it projects the most, that typical Zaharoff collection dry-down kicks in: a touch of incense, resins, easy oud, and green/earthy notes. The overall accord stands out, and I like it more the more I get used to it. It’s a hard-to-describe modern classic with quality ingredients and zero alcohol sting. Although modern, it’s mature, ideal for men over 30 or 35. Lasts about 8-9 hours, delivers as an EDP. Suitable for any season if it’s not hotter than 73-74°F, without feeling overwhelming. More of a daytime scent than nighttime. I give it 8.5 and recommend it 100%.

  • An EDP paying homage to classic men’s fougères with a modern, unique twist. I love this Signature for Men: a 100% masculine scent, fresh upon application (lavender with that personal pear touch) making it distinctive and very manly, for types who don’t ask for permission. This is pure class and elegance. After an hour, when projection peaks, it begins the typical Signature collection drydown by Zaharoff: it becomes slightly incense-like, resins enter, the oud (a smooth one) and green, earthy notes arrive. Here the general accord shines, not individual notes; it’s a very characteristic accord that I grow to love more the more I get used to it. A modern classic that’s hard to explain. You can feel the quality of the ingredients and the alcohol goes unnoticed. Although modern, it’s mature, ideal for men over 30 or 35. On my skin it lasts 8-9 hours, delivering as an EDP. Suitable for any season and occasion with temperatures under 22-23 degrees, to wear without stress during the drydown phase. More daytime than nighttime. I give it an 8.5 and recommend it 100%.
