Scent of Love Is a Warm, Soft-Spoken Musky Floral
Scent of Love from Scent Boulevard launched in 2019 as a musky floral woody fragrance for women. It was created by perfumer Shadi Samra.
The opening sets a cozy tension between spice and herb: saffron brings golden warmth, while thyme keeps it trimmed and fresh.
Up top, saffron and thyme work as a pair. The saffron feels warmly spiced rather than sharp, lifted by an aromatic, almost metallic coolness from the thyme.
The heart turns paler and smoother. Lily of the valley adds a clean white-floral light with a green edge, and suede softens it into something like brushed leather — gentle, not rugged.
The base rests on patchouli and clear amber. Patchouli supplies an earthy woody frame, while clear amber adds amber warmth with a sheer, musky clarity.
Taken together, the warm-spicy, leathery, white-floral, aromatic, ambery and woody threads stay balanced. The mood is intimate and polished, more of a close veil than a bold trail.
It will suit anyone who likes white flowers with texture: a spiced-fresh start, a soft suede middle, and a woody-amber finish without heavy sweetness.
