I bought it based on YouTube reviews, but I didn’t like it. Even though it’s spring and the perfect time according to others, it smells like detergent to me. I’ll wait for other seasons to see its performance, but for now, I’m neither positive nor negative. I do feel that, although it’s marketed for men, it leans towards a feminine unisex vibe.
Like the previous one, I bought it blind for the price and my weakness for Arab rose scents. On the first day, it barely smelled, so it needed maceration. After weeks, the performance improved. Delicious aroma, one of the best masculine roses: rose with green, fresh, and spicy. It hits the ‘mossy’ and ‘earthy’ notes. Reminds me of Rasasi Mukhallat Oudh Al Mubakha, but this one is fresher and spicier, while the other is more powdery. Decent projection, modest longevity for now. Pretty unisex with a masculine base. I don’t recommend buying blind, though given the price and if you like these notes, it’s worth trying.
One of the worst I’ve ever tried. I’m not a fan of Arab scents, but I bought it out of curiosity for under $10. Not even that was worth it: strong synthetic opening that gave me an immediate headache. I had to wash my arm where I applied it.
I don’t know what everyone else has smelled, but this is a masterpiece: fresh, citrusy, clean, and characterful at an absurd price. It’s on par with fragrances costing $100 to $200.
Dense and delicious aroma that lasts a long time for the price, but I don’t recommend it for young guys. I bought it blind and it smells like a lady’s perfume because of that sugary rose touch. Major mistake.
I was looking for the incense version of Oud Mood and accidentally grabbed Reminiscence after seeing the Notino link below. It’s a high-quality Aventus dupe with smoky roses: two sprays mark the trail. It opens with pineapple and florals, evolving into that redundant mix. The bottle is acceptable; it carries oud even if not declared. It’s the most feminine of the three due to that rose presence—similar to the incense version but less sweet with a kinder oud. I avoid the Elixir; the oud is fecal and unbearable.
