Descripción

Nyla Suede by Arabiyat Prestige is an olfactive fragrance for men and women. This creation, launched in 2024, is a new addition to the collection. The nose behind this composition is Quentin Roussel. The top notes unfold a combination of coconut, praline, and caramel; the heart reveals cashmere woods, vanilla, milk, and ylang-ylang; while the base notes land on leather, ambergris, sandalwood, and musk.

  • My latest big find is this incredibly contradictory rarity: half femme fatale, half coconut and piña colada cocktail. To my surprise, it’s an explosive yet elegant blend, perfect and versatile. The longevity and sillage are decent, and the dry-down is beautiful, evolving beyond the typical vanilla, which is rare in this gourmand era. The cashmere wood and leather, once it’s macerated a bit, are a showstopper. The bottle is incredible, with that witch’s potion vibe reminiscent of the 2000s when almost every perfume had an esoteric, nocturnal touch. It smells oriental but very natural, with something that reminds me of Lush, probably the woods or the musk. It’s quite flexible and unisex, but it doesn’t smell like a burning car or a cold shower; instead, it smells of the East and mystery, which is a relief. Don’t hesitate—grab a decant to try this little-known jewel.

  • Definitely not for everyone. Right now, I hate it—it gives me nausea—but it’s summer in Peru, so I’m holding out hope for winter. I love gourmand scents and am open to new discoveries. It smells super strong (again, it’s summer); you definitely need a strong personality or the perfume will eat you alive. It even smells a bit masculine, but it’s a jewel nonetheless.
