I love it, I adore it. It’s totally gourmand, has more notes, though only a few appear here. It’s extremely caramelized, beautiful from start to finish. You can feel the fruity notes: pineapple, caramel, and vanilla. It smells the same as Luna, though this one is a bit sweeter and this one fresher. Moderate longevity and sillage. Oh my god, the packaging is BEAUTIFUL! I love collecting perfumes and I want this in my collection. Too beautiful, I highly recommend it. I’m honored to be the first to review this magnificent perfume.
To be honest, I was expecting something monstrous and spectacular, like a circus of phenomena, but ‘Les Monstres’ felt too big for me; it’s too soft and gentle. It’s not bad, just disappointing if you were looking for something wild. It smells delicious, like a spring fruit smoothie: first candied pineapple, then an appetizing touch of caramel balanced with lemon. Sweet and citrusy, without being overpowering. I didn’t detect the floral notes, which disappointed me a bit. Even though I loved it, after a few hours it smells almost identical to the original Luna, and since I already own that, I don’t like having olfactory twins, so I removed it from my list. However, I would have bought it immediately if it had lasted longer on my skin. Soft sillage and moderate longevity.
Les Monstres de Luna. To be honest, I expected a monstrous, grand, magnificent aroma, the most wonderful attraction of the circus of phenomena. But the word MONSTER was too big for this version of Luna. It’s too soft, friendly, and docile. Don’t worry, it’s not bad, but if you were expecting something wild, you’ll be disappointed. However, it smells delicious, like a spring fruit punch or a fresh smoothie. First, it was pineapple in syrup; I assume the caramel added an appetizing touch balanced by lemon. Sweet and citrusy, but nothing strong. I didn’t perceive the floral notes, which disappointed me a bit. Although I loved it immensely, I accept that after a few hours it smelled almost exactly like Luna. It’s not bad, but for me it was because I already own the original Luna and I don’t like having almost identical fragrances. That made me remove it from my list. However, I would have bought it without hesitation if it had lasted longer. Soft sillage and moderate longevity.
Simply beautiful, I love it.
It’s the sweetest and least intrusive version of Luna (just a little). It has good longevity and medium sillage. It’s a rich perfume, but based on reviews and compared to Nina Les Monstres Red, I expected something more intense. The bottle is very pretty and chic. If you love overly candied pineapple, this is your perfume: it lasts 2 hours with medium to low sillage. This time I’m sticking with Nina Red Les Monstres, which smells like pear and cotton candy.
It’s the sweetest and least intrusive version of Luna. It has good longevity and average sillage. It smells great, but based on reviews and comparing it to Nina Les Monstres Rouge, I expected something richer. The bottle is very pretty and chic. If you love overly caramelized pineapple, this is your perfume. It lasts 2 hours with medium to low sillage. This time, I’m sticking with Nina Rouge Les Monstres, which smells like pear and cotton candy.
Between the bottle and the scent, it’s exquisite. I’m thrilled, even though it smells like some others I own; it’s still very rich and I have no regrets. It can’t be missing from a collection. Pineapple with caramel!
Between the bottle and the scent, it’s an exquisite find. I’m thrilled, even though it smells like other perfumes I own, it’s still very rich and I have no regrets about buying it. It’s a must-have in any perfume collection. Pineapple with caramel!
What a beauty! Buying that limited edition was the best purchase of 2018. The opening with caramel and vanilla is wonderful, with a certain complexity, ideal for night and classy. It has the best longevity of the brand, so I give it a 10; it’s my favorite from Nina. I find similarities with YSL’s Black Opium, though without the coffee. If you like sweet perfumes with personality and good value, you’ll love it.
That perfume is a real beauty. Buying that limited edition was the best purchase of 2018, definitely. Its caramel and vanilla opening is crafted with certain complexity, making it ideal for night with class. In my opinion, it has the best longevity of the brand (which is why I give it a 10 and it becomes my favorite from Nina). I find a similarity with Black Opium by Yves Saint Laurent, though without the coffee note. If you like sweet perfumes with personality at an accessible price, you’ll definitely love it.
Sweet but summery and fresh. The downside is the longevity is quite poor.
At first, it smells like pineapple jam with a lemon that adds freshness. It has soft projection, and after an hour, the caramel comes out with a very subtle floral touch. It’s delicate, doesn’t try to grab attention, but people who smell it like it. The lemon prevents the caramel from being cloying, adding only freshness. In my opinion, it’s worth the price because I’m fascinated by gourmand perfumes.
I don’t know how to start without admitting it disappointed me terribly. I know it’s a body mist, but since ‘Aires del Tiempo’ is my mom’s perfume, I expected better quality. Nope, it feels almost like a cheap body spray. The caramel note is there but very faint and cheap; there’s no floral presence at all. It just smells like artificial lime and sweet pineapple. I’ve tried it in cold, hot, and temperate weather, and nothing works. I’ll keep it to sleep in. I fell for the cute blue pom-pom and the feline look, but the price wasn’t cheap, and even if it were $50, I wouldn’t buy it again. P.S.: The only good thing is my kitten loves the pom-pom; it’s his favorite toy.
