Solid perfumes are in a whole different league. Whether green, floral, or herbal, they always have that intimate, comforting feel of rubbing in a balm. They can be sensual—the friction on the wrists justifies it—but that’s not the case here. It smells like a med student on a Friday afternoon: freshly cut grass, aromatic herbs, and cool flowers like lily and hyacinth. In the base, there’s a fruity sweetness that doesn’t clash but strips away the mystery. I’m sticking with the green, aromatic accords and those cool floral notes.
