About Green Is Fxxking Gone 草死了
Green Is Fxxking Gone 草死了: Noseway’s Green Scream
Leave it to Noseway 迷香人 to drop a perfume called Green Is Fxxking Gone 草死了 — a name that sounds less like a scent, more like a threat. It’s a deliberate provocation, and the fragrance itself doesn’t back down from the promise.
Created by perfumer Terrence Chen and due to launch in 2026, this is an unisex green that starts bright, then turns to warm ashes. It’s a study in disappearance: the green you thought you knew is gone, replaced by something darker and more interesting.
The opening is an aromatic crunch of southernwood, lemon leaves, and angelica. It’s sharp, bitter, and distinctly herbal — the kind of green that belongs to wild hedgerows, not manicured gardens. If you’re expecting fresh-cut grass, think again.
In the heart, hay, thyme, and orris root take over. The hay feels baked and warm, while the orris root adds an elegant, powdery depth. There’s a leathery, somewhat dusty quality emerging here, as if an old leather-bound book was left to dry in a field of herbs.
The base brings birch tar, vetiver, and labdanum. This is where the green truly disappears. The birch tar casts a smoky, leathery shadow; vetiver provides an earthy, fibrous backbone; and labdanum wraps it all in a resinous, almost amber-like warmth.
According to the official accords, this is aromatic, herbal, and green at heart, with amber, fresh spice, musk, wood, powder, leather, and iris in the mix. That’s a lot of complexity to juggle, and the result is a fragrance that feels more like a metaphor than a casual spritz.
Early reception has been tough: it currently holds a single 2.0/5 rating, which suggests it’s not an easy love. But one opinion is just that — an opinion. For those who enjoy a challenge, this could be a hidden gem, or at least a conversation piece.
This is for the green lovers who like their verdancy on the edge: people who appreciate masculine-flavored fragrances, leather, smoke, and herbs. If you want a scent that makes you think, and maybe argue, this is your bottle.
Green Is Fxxking Gone 草死了 is as divisive as its name suggests. It won’t win over everyone, and that’s exactly the point. If you’re willing to let a fragrance evolve on your skin, you might discover why Noseway chose such a confrontational title.
