Fresh and citrusy opening that evolves into a delicate, youthful, and feminine floral scent without losing that initial freshness. It’s totally summery and daytime, smells clean, and despite the olfactory pyramid, it lasts quite a bit on the skin. Berdoues takes care of its ingredients, usually has a great INCI, is skin-friendly and environmentally responsible—something I really appreciate.
I absolutely love this fragrance—it’s nothing synthetic, fresh but not a typical citrus; it smells like high-quality shampoo, soft and unobtrusive. The initial citrus note fades quickly to reveal flowers and musk, that clean summer shower feeling. After three hours, it’s barely noticeable up close; then the wood, musk, and a floral touch emerge. I prefer perfumes with a contained sillage that don’t bother others but last, and that’s the only downside: poor longevity on my skin 💔. I wasn’t expecting this from Berdoues after the beasts like Violettes de Toulouse, which I miss so much 💜. Still, I’d buy it again because I really enjoy it.
