  On my skin, the freesia and magnolia really come through, while the opening is barely noticeable. I was surprised that even though it’s strong and penetrating, the trail doesn’t reach far; it stays concentrated in one spot without radiating. For me, it’s too cloying.

  On my skin, the freesia and magnolia notes stand out more, and the opening notes are almost imperceptible. I was surprised by the entire Flora line to realize that, while it’s a strong, penetrating fragrance, its trail isn’t very powerful. It’s like it stays concentrated in that specific area of the skin but doesn’t radiate beyond it. For my taste, it’s too cloying and sweet.

  I was given samples of several Gucci perfumes, including this one. I think because of the applicator type (it’s not a spray, it’s a tube you unscrew and pour from) it doesn’t last on the skin at all, and the fragrance doesn’t develop well. I only notice the green and citrus notes before it fades. What a cheap move regarding how important a good presentation is; by skimping on a decent dispenser, they make people test it poorly, get disappointed, and not buy. They’ll know what they’re doing.

  I totally agree with Selene, but in my case, the applicator is a spray, and I have to say it never lasts more than 2 hours on my skin. Huge disappointment; I tested it on a blotter and it was great, still detectable after 6 hours, but on my skin… it vanished. The opening is fresh, cheerful, and vigorous; after 20 minutes you can smell the magnolia and peony, and after an hour you can still catch the last traces of the trail, but after 90 minutes… nothing. No trail, nothing near the skin. Nada. Still, I’ll keep using it since I bought the 100ml bottle…

  The opening didn’t seem very floral to me; it reminded me a lot of La Vie Est Belle, with a sweet-spicy touch that I honestly didn’t expect from this fragrance. As the hours pass, it becomes more floral, green, fresh, and youthful. Just another perfume.

  It’s so strange how everyone smells it differently. I stumbled upon this by accident and it completely won me over: it’s floral and lasts all day, so I’d 100% recommend it.

  It’s fascinating how everyone perceives perfumes differently. I stumbled upon this by accident and absolutely love its floral scent, plus it lasts muuuuch, I’d say all day. So I totally recommend it.

  I detect the florals, the magnolia, the green notes, and something citrusy, with the musk really standing out. My husband gifted it to me for Mother’s Day in spring here in Argentina, and it’s perfect for the season. I’ve always loved the original Flora, but since it’s unavailable, he gave me this one because magnolia is my favorite flower. I like it a lot, though it doesn’t drive me crazy. I’ve used it quite a bit and still have some left; I’ve had it for 3 years now. It lasts a long time and has good projection. People have praised it… and what I appreciate most is that, while it’s potent, it’s not cloying; back then my kids were 1-year-old babies, and I avoided wearing much perfume, using only a tiny bit. But it’s gentle in that sense, thanks to being fresh.

  It’s literally just named Magnolia, but I can’t smell anything. Neither do I like it nor dislike it… it’s a common perfume, way too imperceptible. It doesn’t last on my skin at all. Gucci, you’ve disappointed me this time.

  I absolutely love it! Smells like white flowers with a super fresh, feminine citrus twist. I’ve gotten so many compliments whenever I wear it.
