Fantasy in Bloom aims to be an allegory for cherry buds, spring sun, and dreamy trends, moving away from its previous eccentricity. It’s a twist on the line—less jammy, more fruit and flower with a ’90s vibe. The frosty pink bottle reflects its contents: a middle ground between Guerlain’s Cherry Blossom and By Kilian’s Good Girl Gone Bad (though with less body). It opens with a fluid infusion of cherry blossom (more aqueous than dense), roasted berries like Mugler’s Angel, and green tangerine. Then comes a slippery, creamy white floral heart with neroli, jasmine, and a subtle osmanthus. It closes with warm vanilla, a floral breeze, and a rare hint of green tea. To me, it’s more ‘floral’ than ‘fruity’. It sits between soapy florals (less clinical than Chloé) and classic gourmands. It’s tender, fresh, carefree, and youthful, like Cacharel’s Scarlett, with more life than most cherry scents (which tend to be watery) but without being dense. It could get nebulous in odd places. It would have fit better as a flanker for Curious or Radiance, or a derivative of Arden’s Green Tea. It’s not standout in the line, and its trail/longevity are low, but at least it’s a pretty fragrance.
Fantasy in Bloom wants to be an ode to cherry buds, the light of spring, and a warm, dreamy style. It’s a twist on the line, less jams and more fruit and flower with a 90s vibe. The frosty pink bottle fits perfectly. It smells like a midway point between Guerlain’s Cherry Blossom and Killian’s Good Girl Gone Bad, though less intense. It starts with aquatic cherry blossom, roasted berries, and unripe green mandarin. Then a creamy white floral heart with jasmine and a touch of osmanthus. It ends with warm vanilla with a trail of strange green tea. To me, it’s pure floral, not so much fruity. It’s between soapy florals and old gourmands, tender, fresh, and young, like Cacharel’s Scarlett. It’s not the densest, sometimes it ends up a bit hazy. It could have fit better in Curious or as a derivative of Arden’s Green Tea. It’s not a star launch, the trail and longevity are low, but it’s a pretty fragrance.
I just received it and I’m blown away, as always with Britney I never miss. I was looking for something like Escada’s Cherry in the Air, that limited edition I loved, and this one has it. The cherry in blossom and fruit with sweet vanilla is delicate, feminine, and spring-like. It’s a scent that no one can dislike. I love the box and bottle design with flowers, my total style. The price is spectacular compared to the Escada that cost me a fortune and smells the same. I recommend it if you like sweet and fruity perfumes, go for it!
I bought it blind and absolutely love it, just like I did with Britney. I was looking for something similar to Escada’s Cherry in the Air (that limited edition blew my mind), and this nails it. The floral cherry fruit with vanilla creates a delicate, feminine, and springy scent that I think no one could dislike. I’m obsessed with the box colors and the bottle with its flowers—it’s totally my style. The price is spectacular compared to the Escada, which cost me a fortune and smells the same. If you love sweet, fruity scents and are a cherry fan, go for it!
Well, with Fantasy Bloom I fell in love, which surprised me because it almost has the same blend as Radiance (jasmine and red berries), but here the sandalwood and cherry blossom do magic. It turns out great, to my surprise. Being an Eau de Toilette, it doesn’t last more than 2 hours, but there was no drama in reapplying; it’s fresh for spring and summer, ideal to feel light. The bottle, like the Fantasy line, maintains its essence, although this time without pearls; the bottle has a velvet feel. If you’re going to buy it, better get the 100 or 50 ml.
Where do I start? I’m sure no member of the Fantasy family has ever disappointed me. To be honest, I didn’t expect much from In Bloom, but when I opened the atomizer, everything slowed down, and I felt how each drop released the aroma upon hitting my skin. I wanted to frown thinking of that synthetic touch, like strong, cheap detergent that most perfumes claiming to have cherry have. Being my favorite flower, it’s a shame I have so much fear of it in fragrances. When slow motion ended, the scent hit me fully and all at once. Delicious!!! The main cherry is noticeable instantly and isn’t aggressive at all. It’s exquisite combined with red berries, almost gourmand. Sublime. On my skin, the vanilla comes out quickly, the other notes are barely perceived or, when they do, disappear soon, leaving just the first three. I feel like a magician read my mind and made In Bloom with everything I wanted in a spring fragrance. I feel it was made for me. Besides, the bottle is gorgeous in person, even without those sparkling crystals like its siblings. On my skin it has a heavy but pleasant trail and moderate longevity. It doesn’t bother me, I love it. Although I’d like it to last a bit longer. It’s the kind of aroma I imagine a Japanese princess doll would have. So adorable, beautiful, cheerful, and elegant. ♡Scent: 10/10 ♡Trail: 10/10 ♡Longevity: 8.5/10
Where do I start? With the Fantasy family they never disappoint me. I didn’t have many expectations with In Bloom, but opening it was all slow motion. I expected that synthetic detergent touch they usually have with cherry ones, but no. The scent hit me fully and all at once: delicious! The cherry blossom is the protagonist, not aggressive, exquisite with red berries almost gourmand. Sublime. On my skin the vanilla comes out quickly and the other notes disappear, leaving those first three. I feel they read my mind and created the spring perfume I dreamed of, made to measure. The bottle is gorgeous in person, even without the crystals of its siblings. Despite the notes it contains, which I thought were more fascinating, there’s something that doesn’t quite hook me, and it’s not a bad perfume, as it even makes me smell clean, so clean it reminds me of a household cleaner. It’s pretty but not enchanting, something that provokes charm. I like it for daily wear, day and night in hot climates, since it has a soft trail and lasts without being overwhelming or loud to the point of annoying. I have no issue continuing to use it even though it’s not what I expected.
The first time I smelled it, I loved it; it was a subtle combination of rich, sweet cherry blossom. When I finally bought it, I discovered you can’t over-apply or it smells like cherry syrup. I’ll give it more chances.
I bought it blind looking for a cherry blossom fragrance, similar to L’Occitane’s (that one is expensive and I still haven’t bought it, but I will, hehe). I saw reviews of perfumes with that aroma and jumped on the price, but it doesn’t resemble it at all. It’s different from what I expected; it’s sweet and very youthful. I like it but it doesn’t kill me. The good thing is it’s very versatile, day and night, office and weekend, spring, summer, and even autumn. It’s not for winter. I’ll give it a chance to see if it makes me fall in love… Still, it’s an aroma I didn’t have in my collection, but I’m left unsatisfied because I’m still searching for the perfect cherry that drives me crazy.

I loved it, super wearable for the heat as long as you don’t over-spray. Well sweet, soft.
I loved it; it’s super wearable for the heat as long as you don’t overdo the sprays. Nice and sweet with a soft touch.
I’m dying for this scent, despite the comments. To me, it’s pure spring and that exquisite cherry blossom. It’s not for people who wear cloying aromas, obviously they won’t notice. Now I’m looking for something similar.
