  It took me eight months to write this; I used the excuse that I’m not an expert, just looking for pretty scents, and didn’t want to disappoint. But this gem deserves more. I bought it for the bottle and the box, thinking ‘something’ had to be there. I didn’t feel it at first; it came across as simple, but the packaging kept insisting there was more. I found it! One night I decided to wear it, and it was beautiful. The main note smells like detergent—I don’t know what it is, which is why I wasn’t scared the first time, but I almost laughed the second. It gives me an inexplicable joy, it has a spark; that’s the best I can say. I love it for going to bed and savoring its fragrance before sleep. I love it. I don’t understand its composition or if it works; I just know it’s my bed companion and I love it for what it is. I no longer force myself to understand it; I love it as it is and for what it provokes. It’s a very sincere love.
