For me, it’s the best of the entire Ciel line, very similar to J’adore: aquatic, green with a woody base. It smells like spring days or after rain.
I love it! It takes me back to spring, to bouquets of flowers in a fresh garden. I haven’t had it in years, but the memory is beautiful and I already want to use it again. In Argentina it has an incredible price and smells great. Ideal for the heat, though it works in the cold too (I usually wear sweet gourmands in autumn-winter, but sometimes I get tired and look for something fresh to rest my olfactory senses). I used it for years and on my skin it smells like refreshing, aquatic, green jasmine. I didn’t notice much peach, but reading this maybe it’s melon; a rich and super wearable blend. With the Ciel line, if I overdo the drops it gets synthetic, but moderate is perfect. For the price, you can’t ask for more. They are accessible classics, for daily wear, rich, and usable. I can’t specify the exact longevity because I haven’t had it in a long time, but I know it projected well. It’s a freshness shock, revitalizing, for everyday life without overwhelming or annoying. It smells clean, floral, and feminine (not soapy, which I like to avoid), with a touch of sweet grass. I recommend it 100%!
My favorite of the Ciel line. It brings spring and summer instantly; I adore it. Fresh, simple, lasts a long time, and has a price you can’t ask for. ☀️🌸

Here, an Argentine commenting on an Argentine fragrance. Unpopular opinion: the richest of all the Ciel lines without a doubt, but it doesn’t resemble J’adore at all, LOL!! They could wish for more!
Identical to Jadore; the worst part is that it seems like a clone and Jadore came out after this one. My favorite of the Ciel line in my low-cost days.
This fragrance is of excellent quality and longevity. It’s floral and very delicate. It’s not heavy or overwhelming, and it lasts up to 6 hours.

The hardest Ciel to grab!! It sounds a lot like Kenzo’s Parfum d’Été. Ideal for spring-summer, it’s fresh, barely floral, herbal, with a very well-executed sweet touch. I think it’s the best and least overwhelming of the entire Ciel line.
It should be clarified that this EDT wasn’t launched in 2017. I was already using it back in 2005 when I was in my third year of university, so I remember it well: 2005 for the 2006 school year. And the deodorant came in a white bottle with drawings of wildflowers. Beautiful. Regarding the current scent, I find it a bit synthetic with a base note that appears in other Ciel perfumes, for example, Love Ciel (which was Like You Want Me). It remains a white floral, green, and fresh scent, but after three hours, it seems all the notes fall apart and the perfume feels worn out. It’s not rare. But I like to keep it because deep down, something of that scent I loved wearing in my twenties remains. It made me feel unique since everyone else chose the other Ciel perfumes, and this was the odd one out.
Updated February 2023: Bought it again and it smells richer than ever. In the middle of Argentine summer, with the heat, it feels super fresh. It’s super floral but with a sweet touch, something green, clean, and natural. On my skin, it doesn’t sound synthetic at all. How lovely and pleasant, plus it lasts a long time. On my skin, it lasts quite a bit, about 5 hours without issue, and I’d even dare to say more, which for such an affordable perfume is a total win. It’s beautiful! I love having it back after so long (I think I used it when I was around 20, not sure if it came out in 2017 or before, but it’s been many years). The key is that today I’m 34 and I don’t think it’s an age-specific perfume, none really are, but some scents are more youthful or childish. Here, I feel it fits perfectly on a very young girl just as much as an older lady, and that versatility is what I love. It’s versatile for age, occasion, and season; it’s one of those perfumes you always reach for when you don’t know what to wear and it looks perfect. It has the 3Bs (good, beautiful, and cheap), plus I don’t think it bothers or annoys anyone, so it’s very easy to wear, even for work or daily use. A total win for buying it! Divine! P.S.: I don’t feel it resembles J’adore as much, or at least I feel it’s sweeter. Personally, I don’t like J’adore, I don’t know why it makes me feel bad, but this Ciel doesn’t bother me at all. If you don’t like J’adore much, I still recommend trying this; at least I sense a style but I don’t think it’s a dupe.
Just to clarify, this EDT didn’t launch in 2017. I was already using it back in 2005, during my third year of college, so I remember it well: 2005 for the 2006 season. The deodorant came in a white bottle with little wildflower drawings, beautiful. As for the scent, now it feels a bit synthetic with a base note that appears in other Ciel fragrances, like Love Ciel (which was ‘Como quieres que te quiera’). It’s still a fresh, green, white floral, but after about 3 hours, the notes seem to fall apart and the perfume becomes worn out. I don’t know if this is unusual, but I still love it because something of that old scent I adored in my twenties remains. It made me feel unique since everyone else chose the other Ciel fragrances, and this was the rare one 😁
This Ciel is a gem from the brand and so hard to find. The other day I went to a pharmacy to buy a perfume I saw in the window, and in the background, I spotted this green Ciel. I didn’t hesitate to buy it too; with how hard it is to get, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. I love its scent and the simplicity and sophistication of the Ciel bottle design. Personally, I feel this Ciel is fresh, feminine, and not overwhelming at all—perfect for summer or autumn days. It’s very versatile, suits any age, and I think it goes with any outfit.
Very pretty. It’s fresh; on my skin, it doesn’t feel artificial and seems like a more expensive perfume than it is. I really liked it. I found it in Farmacity in Argentina and didn’t hesitate to buy it. There’s a tester available. Fresh, white floral, clean. The melon note is a bit subdued. It’s lovely and economical, ideal for right after a shower. I don’t recommend using it on humid days because it can be overwhelming. On sunny days, in spring, summer, autumn, and during the day, it’s perfect.
My friend gifted this to me for my birthday. She thought she knew me well. Haha. Yes, she knows me well, but not so much when it comes to fragrances. I didn’t like it. It’s not impossible to wear; I used it and finished the bottle, but I never thought about buying it again. I won’t even make the effort to remember what it smelled like. I see that some of my classmates love it, so read their reviews. Maybe I’m being a bit harsh. Still, I don’t agree that it’s similar to J’Adore. I adore J’Adore, and if Ciel d’Été were similar, it would definitely be my daily fragrance.
I had the clear bottle with the green cap that came in the box with freesia and jasmine: I absolutely loved it. I used to own several Ciel bottles back in my college days because they were delicious and so affordable. This one is fresh, incredibly fresh. Perfect for summer. It radiates youth. It’s very much in the style of CK One, the 90s Leaf by Kenzo, or the old Quartz by Moulinex, but way cheaper and with better longevity. Ciel has proven that you can make rich, long-lasting, quality perfumes at a very accessible price. I know people who, during economic crises, buy Ciel perfumes and claim they’re wearing imported designer scents. Why? Because they smell just as good! Simple.
Oh please, what a delicious perfume! And at this price, you get triple the enjoyment. 😂 As soon as I put it on, it smelled a bit like floor cleaner haha, but after 15 minutes it improved a lot. It’s clearly for hot days, very fresh and noticeable despite being light. I can definitely smell the peach, well-balanced with floral and woody notes. I’ll be back to tell you how long it lasted, I’m wearing it for the first time today but the scent and trail are amazing.
Does anyone know how much this resembles Kenzo D’Eté?? Thanks!!!
I need them to bring back this essential BBB. I’m out of the little reserve I had. Fresh, clean, green floral. I love it.
Super fresh perfume with incredible longevity and projection. It’s affordable and high quality; I got praised for the scent!!!
Kenzo D’Eté: from here to Greenland, what a delight. It has a retro touch and lovely nostalgia. Here in Argentina, there’s one by Arbell called Woman, which is like the intense version of Kenzo. Very good.
