This gem arrived and I went over the top: boom, olfactory blindness in minutes (something rare for me). My wife came out of the bathroom saying not to abuse it; upon entering, she couldn’t speak and had to step outside for fresh air. That was with just 10 sprays. It smells a lot like Naxos, top-tier quality. If you’re looking for power and longevity, this beats Ainash’s Night Seduction, which I also own; if you prefer subtlety, go with Ainash’s. Warning: it’s a nuclear bomb, use it with caution.
My third from the line and wow, they don’t miss.
This masterpiece arrived, ordered along with its sibling, Chapter I. As I mentioned with the first, you can tell there’s love poured into the entire King of Kings line. From the moment you open the box, it visually captivates you. For me, it’s niche quality at a fair price. It smells like Xerjoff’s Naxos, and although I don’t know it well, this Chapter II is exceptional. Top notes are zesty lime and lavender with a fine tobacco that adds body. Even though it doesn’t list honey, it smells like acidic honey with tobacco. As it dries down, it leaves a vanilla sensation on the skin and the creaminess of tonka bean. The projection isn’t invasive but is definitely present; people will ask what you’re wearing. It lasted about 7 hours: two hours strong, then slowly fading for three or four more until it stayed close to the skin. Unlike Chapter I, which is more laid-back for casual use, this one is more formal and elegant. Perfect for autumn-winter, or spring evenings when it shines the most. I feel it’s unisex. In short, you won’t go unnoticed. Thanks to these two, I’ll keep exploring the Macarena King of Kings line.
A very good interpretation of Naxos, exquisite aroma and extremely long-lasting. If you like Naxos and want to save some cash, this is your option.
