What an honor for my first review of this gem. It’s the definition of ‘Olfactory Experience’: close your eyes and travel back to an old memory. It takes me to those Christmases of old, with doors wide open, tables full, and the firecracker in the background bringing the scent of gunpowder. Times of family together. Today I only remember this with Bel Natale. Longevity and projection 10/10.
One of the first to whisk me straight to the Christmas table 🎄. At first, that realistic sweet bread accord, candied fruits, and the midnight toast take over everything. It’s incredible how the gunpowder note closes the story with such detail.
