This perfume is delicious! It’s unisex but leans heavily masculine; it’s insane. It’s sweet, vanilla-heavy, and you can definitely smell the lavender. It’s like Burberry Goddess but way more potent and masculine. From a distance, the lavender stands out more, while up close it’s all vanilla.

I put it away for three months because it was impossible to wear. At first, it smelled similar to Ultra Male, but then it turned into a nonsensical blend of notes, nothing pleasant. Now, the opening is still similar, something sweet, like an apple-pear mix. Although it’s not officially listed, I detect a hint of green apple, and that’s where it stays. It doesn’t evolve at all. On skin, it lasts about 4-5 hours, maybe a bit more if you apply a generous amount. On clothes, it lasts much longer and leaves a fresh scent that even the Swiss would envy. Would I recommend it? As a perfume, no. As a room freshener, if you don’t mind spending €15, it might be worth it.

I left this on the shelf for three months because it was impossible to wear. At first, it smells like Ultra Male, but then it turns into a nonsensical blend of notes that are just unpleasant. The dry-down stays the same: slightly sweet, like an apple-pear mix, though I detect a green apple note. It never evolves. It lasts about 4-5 hours on skin, maybe a bit longer if you overapply. What does last is on clothes, leaving a fresh scent that clothing lovers would adore. Would I recommend it? As a perfume, no. As a room freshener, if you don’t mind spending €15, it might be worth it.

Attar Al Wesal evokes cleanliness and comfort. It has that shaving foam or shower gel vibe that makes it very pleasant and easy to wear. The opening highlights lavender, fresh and slightly sweet, with a soft pear note and a minty touch. It’s not aggressive; rather, it’s clean, relaxing, and consistent. The heart maintains this aromatic line with lavender as the star. The evolution is linear, with no major changes, but it’s pleasant because it never gets heavy. As it dries down, vanilla and amber appear, giving it a creamy sweetness alongside a woody base. It’s sweet and fresh at the same time, very versatile and comfortable. It stays in safe territory without being overpowering. After letting it oxidize for a few months, I noticed a clear improvement in performance: at first, it seemed very soft, and after 3 hours, I barely noticed it, but now it lasts about 8 hours without issues, with moderate projection. It’s not a “room-filler” for me, but it performs quite well. I see it as usable year-round, especially in spring and autumn with mild temperatures. In summer, it can work on cool nights since it’s not heavy. It’s a youthful, comfortable, and easy-to-please fragrance, ideal for daily wear, work, or casual situations. For the price, it seems like a very correct and enjoyable fragrance. Rating: 7.5/10.

Alright folks, I’ve found the final boss. This fragrance is an absolute bomb, impressive, and fills the room. Yes, it resembles Ultra Male and 9PM, but it crushes them both. Right now I have both atomized on my arms, and this projects like crazy, almost making me forget 9PM exists, even though that one has been macerating for six months. It doesn’t need maceration; you put it on and head straight to the party. It smells like fruity gum with cinnamon. Longevity: Extremely superior, I slept in it and it’s still on my skin the next day, beating 8 hours. Projection: Brutal for the first two hours, it’s a room-filler, be careful with the sprays, the projection is ridiculous. Sillage: Heavy, leaving a 2-meter trail; the vanilla and amber notes do magic. Performance: Obvious, but it’s not niche, it plays it safe. Occasions: Don’t wear it in the heat, it becomes oppressive and tiring for the nose. Use it only in cold weather, autumn, or winter, for night parties or clubs. Last week I took it to a club and filled the entire room until my friend Andro started coughing. In conclusion, I’ll never buy 9PM by Afnan again. This cost me $24, an unbeatable price for this bomb. If you find it on sale and like sweet scents, buy it, you won’t regret it.

The opening is very strong, so much so that olfactory fatigue hits almost immediately. I expected something sweeter, and it turns out that among the Ultra Male dupes, this is the ‘least’ sweet (I put quotes because I haven’t tried others, not even the original), but it was a blind buy and honestly, I expected something more pleasant/sweet. I’m not diminishing this bomb; its dry-down is spectacular, and regarding longevity, it’s in my top tier in my collection, but maybe my expectations were off. I haven’t used it yet since I bought it in summer to let it oxidize properly, keeping it in the closet until winter; I’ll return in winter to see if I change my mind. 10/10 for others, for me, maybe a 7/10.

It’s cool stuff, straight mainstream. It’s comfortable for going out at night, lasts quite a while on skin and even longer on clothes. Yes, it’s a youthful scent, like a clubber vibe, very clone-y; I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking to stand out or express your unique essence. That aside, it’s perfect for days off where you don’t care about anything: it’s undeniably rich, uplifting, and playful.

It’s cool, mainstream stuff. It’s comfortable for going out at night, lasts quite a bit on skin and much longer on clothes. However, it’s a very cloned, youthful club aroma; I wouldn’t recommend it in contexts where you want to stand out or mark your essence. Setting that aside, it’s ideal for fun days where you don’t care about anything; it’s undeniably rich and uplifting, it plays.

Very similar to Ultra Male, too sweet for my taste.

Hi, I hope you’re all having a great day. Today I’m leaving my opinion on this fragrance. The truth is, I like it; it’s a sweet and cheerful fragrance. On my skin, it opens with a caramelized fruit aroma; as it dries down, the sweetness calms a bit and earthy notes appear, which I personally like a lot. Also, at times, I sense a slightly metallic aroma, a sensation I also felt in Rave Now. It’s a pleasant, youthful, informal fragrance that I consider can be enjoyed mainly in mild climates; its sweet character would also allow it to perform well in cold climates, but on my skin, it behaves quite moderately in terms of longevity and projection. I can’t compare it to JPG Ultra Male because I’ve never owned it, however, I have had the 9PM, and while they are similar, I consider the 9PM has a floral touch that gives it a silkier texture, so to speak. Anyway, I consider that at the price the Attar Al Wesal is available, it’s a relaxed and fun fragrance worth trying. Sending a big hug from Argentina and see you in the next review.

Hi there! Here’s my take on this fragrance. I really like it—it’s sweet and cheerful. On my skin, it opens with a caramelized fruit scent; as it dries down, the sweetness mellows and earthy notes emerge, which I absolutely love. Occasionally, I also detect a metallic touch, something I noticed in Rave Now before. It’s a pleasant, youthful, and casual scent, perfect for mild weather. Its sweet character could work well in the cold, but on my skin, the longevity and projection are moderate. I haven’t tried Ultra Male by JPG, so I’m not comparing it directly, but it does remind me of 9 PM. While they’re similar, 9 PM has a floral touch that gives it a silkier texture. Still, given the price of Attar Al Wesal, it’s a carefree and fun fragrance worth trying. Big hugs from Argentina, and see you in the next review!

I’ll let it macerate; it has better quality than Colonial Club Signature, but for now, I don’t feel it lasts long.

Exquisite, masculine. Lavender, pear, and mint. I think it’s impossible not to like it. It’s a fragrance that leaves a trail and its longevity is better than the 9PM. It’s citrusy and vanilla, what more could you ask for in a men’s perfume? I think this fragrance has no downsides. Love at first sniff.

I’ve been hunting for something like Ultra Male without paying the original’s $35 price tag. This gem at $14 is a total hit: it smells almost identical but more gourmet and creamy, avoiding that 9PM gum-like scent. In terms of value, it’s a GOD. It lasts 7-8 hours and projects about a meter. Worth every penny compared to Attar Al Wasal, and I’d rank it right alongside Hayaati Noir.

Just bought it and it’s absolutely wild. While the initial mint and lavender opening is subtly masculine, it evolves into something super sweet, very similar to Mugler’s Angel. For me, it’s 100% wearable for women, contrary to what some reviews say. If you love rare, sweet scents like Aura or Angel, this is perfect and the price is incredible. I bought it along with Ameeri by Al Wataniah, which also seems to lack reviews.

I tested it at a perfumery and it felt much more intense than 9PM. At $45, I think I’m going to pick it up.

My boyfriend wore it first just on his wrists, and I smelled it as sweet and fruity; I loved it. Today I sprayed it behind my ears and on my neck and noticed a total shift: now it smells very woody. Still, it immediately reminds me of Mugler’s Angel because they share so many base notes. We’ll see how it evolves over the next few days.

Elegant, with a fine lavender note.

An Ultra Male clone 🤙

Excellent for nighttime, perfect for sweet fragrance fans. The performance is outstanding, though the scent does feel synthetic.

Forget the official notes; this isn’t aromatic at all, it smells just sweet. If you’re from Argentina, it might remind you of Palitos de la Selva candies. It’s not very versatile and very youthful; if you’re over 30, it might break you out and make you want to go to the matinee.
