I’m hunting for vintage perfumes, and it’s wild how much you learn about their evolution. Initiation is magical, long-lasting, and makes you dream from the very first sniff; it’s not just floral, it has a soul. It starts fresh with mimosa, seductive ylang-ylang, and a spicy hint of clove without being sweet. Rose is the heart, and everything revolves around it. Then, the musky patchouli takes over, and a balsamic woody base brings it all together in a silent explosion that lingers. Another gem from Molyneux that makes me fall in love with classics.
