It’s a very subtle scent, a true ‘skin scent’. It doesn’t smell like L’eau Papier, but it belongs to that family of scents that don’t project—delicate aromas that don’t even smell like perfume. The fragrance is quite linear and settles close to the skin quickly, lasting about 6-8 hours with extremely low projection. It’s comforting and pleasant, smelling of toasted rice, more powdery than creamy, with a slightly salty touch. I liked it at first, but after wearing it all day, it starts to bother me and I have to take it off. I wouldn’t recommend buying it blind for that reason. I find it great for layering or for sleeping in… it’s perfectly unisex.
