Xavier Blaizot

Xavier earned a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Ecole de Management de Normandie, and then went on to enter the Robertet perfumery school. He studied with top-tier professors, including Jean-François Latty, Jacques Flori, and Michel Almairac for two years. After completing his training, he held roles within Robertet as a perfumer in Europe, the United States, and Mexico before starting at PCW. Since 2021, he has worked as a perfumer for the house while also managing business development at PCW. A key driver and passion for Xavier is to put natural ingredients at the forefront, as he believes this will strengthen PCW’s future in modern perfumery. “Being a perfumer is much more than a day-to-day job for me. It means opening yourself up to a completely new world by paying attention to every scent and seeking olfactory beauty in common or basic things. This passion has shaped my personality and my sensitivity.”
