Taha Syed is the distiller and perfumer behind Solafa Scents, a branch of Agar Aura. He has a hypersensitivity to most commercial fragrances, which led him to avoid them for more than a decade. However, after being exposed to high-end perfumes produced by prominent French perfumists—who intelligently use both high-quality natural and synthetic ingredients—he felt inspired to create his own line of fragrances. Taha’s vision for Solafa Scents is to embrace and bring together different philosophies of perfumery, sources of ingredients, and traditions of perfumes from around the world.
