Josh Lobb

Josh Lobb is a self-taught perfumer and the founder of Slumberhouse, a fragrance brand based in Portland, Oregon. Eventually, he became interested in fragrances and began experimenting with creating his own scents. At first, Lobb sold his fragrances one by one through the online marketplace Etsy. As his creations gained popularity, he formed Slumberhouse as a collective with a group of artists and creatives. Lobb handled the fragrances while his friends worked on the art, clothing, and other projects inspired. Despite the success of his fragrances, Lobb remains fully self-taught in the field of perfumery. He creates scents using both synthetic and natural ingredients, rejecting the label of a perfumer of exclusively natural products. The fragrances created by Lobb and Slumberhouse are known for their intense and natural vibes, which have earned a loyal following among fragrance enthusiasts. Among his most popular fragrances are Slumberhouse Norne, Slumberhouse Kiste, and Slumberhouse Ore.
