In 2011, she committed to alcohol recovery, a decision that transformed her life. Through this journey, she discovered comfort, pleasure, and a renewed enthusiasm for life through the creation of fragrances. She finds immense joy in capturing a mood, a memory, or the essence of a scene through perfume. The fragrances of Damask Haus come from her love of travel, her obsession with good dining, and her fervent commitment to addiction recovery and raising awareness about mental health, with a deeply personal faith at the core.
