I had my hands up for the vanilla and tonka, my favorite notes, but that floral touch just doesn’t work on my skin. It starts with a blast of lemon and tangerine, then a bergamot flower comes through so strong it sounds like bug spray. As it dries down, it improves significantly—the vanilla adds creaminess and the tonka finishes it off, but the real gem is the incense that dominates the drydown. It’s an original fragrance due to how it evolves, but it hasn’t won me over; I see myself wearing it in spring and summer.
