I’m obsessed with this scent. At $25-30, it’s an absolute steal. Right out of the bottle, the cardamomo shines through with a creamy touch, but watch out: it’s not for winter because the lavender gives it a soapy vibe, making it perfect for spring and mild climates; in extreme heat, there are better options. After four hours, it lingers on the skin where you can really notice the soft cedar. It’s not long-lasting or a powerhouse in projection, but for the price, you can’t go wrong; I reapply every three hours and it works like a charm.

  2. A rich, perfect scent for mild climates. You need to apply several sprays for it to really shine, and it lasts about 6-7 hours. Totally worth it; I like it more than other mentions here like One Million or similar; this one really hit the spot for me.

  3. Sweet but fresh aroma, great for daytime wear in summer and autumn. The sweet cardamomo dominates with a woody touch, though the scent might sound familiar, it has a very unique dry-down. I received it as a gift and absolutely loved it. The longevity and sillage are moderate.

I’m 39 and picked this up on sale along with other UD scents like Tonic, Summer Green, and Summer Orange. At first, I wasn’t a fan; I thought it would be fresh, but it’s not: neither sweet nor heavy. It’s a hit for spring and autumn days with sun but no intense heat. One day I sprayed it on my son for school; he was in the back seat and the bursts of scent reaching me left me speechless. I only used 5 sprays and I loved smelling it on him; it’s very youthful, and if I wore it, I wouldn’t have the same effect. When I went to pick him up, to my surprise, the scent was still there. I’m obsessed with Tonic for hot weather, while this Summer is perfect for fresh, sunny days. If you’re young and dynamic, these two cover you for the whole year without spending a fortune.

  5. Bought it blind a year ago and it turned out great. It’s clearly aromatic, fruity, and has coffee notes, totally unisex to my nose. At first it sounded familiar, but after thinking about it, the epiphany hit: it’s an inspiration on Polo Red in the Benetton style; it’s not a clone, but it takes the base and gives it a twist. Despite being called ‘One Summer’, I see it more for spring-autumn. The longevity is good (6-7 hours) and the projection is solid for the first hour.
