Fresh and floral, ideal for spring and summer, day or night. It has great longevity.
Fresh and floral, perfect for spring and summer, day or night. Very long-lasting.
This perfume is one of my favorites! It has so much personality, it’s cheerful and floral, with juicy grapefruit citrus notes that perfectly balance the scent. It’s youthful and ideal for spring. Definitely a great proposal from Avon!
So delicious! Such simplicity. It’s my first time using it, yet I feel like I’ve known it all my life. It reminds me of a bouquet of orange blossoms, roses, peonies, and jasmine. Maybe there’s a touch of talc from the sandalwood and vanilla (thankfully, it doesn’t smell sweet), and a slight spicy nuance from pink pepper. It’s light and very fresh, ideal for spring days; in fact, it evokes that rebirth of nature’s cycle, the return of the sun and flowers. I think I’ve smelled something similar since childhood, at my grandmother’s sisters’ house who are obsessed with flowers; they used Anais Anais (I’m ruling that out for this comparison), Vanderbilt, and Le Jardin by Max Factor. I believe the latter is to blame for my déjà vu—I wore it when I was a teen, and it was very similar: a floral bouquet, refreshing, and talcum-scented. The difference with the Today version is that this one is more citrusy due to the orange blossom and perhaps a bit more orange, but don’t get the idea that it’s a citrus perfume; Today is well floral and soft.

Forever by Avon is an absolute low-cost gem: it opens with a bitter, citrusy, and musky note, then dries down into a gorgeous white floral. Nothing loud; it’s elegant, sophisticated, yet has a youthful spark. It feels clean and less severe than the other perfumes in the Today collection, making it the most versatile one for me—perfect for spring and summer. Lasts about four hours with a moderate sillage. It’s perfect for gifting, very feminine, and wearable, almost identical to the discontinued Viva la Vita. A must for lovers of citrus florals.
