Simple, kind, and tender. It’s not here to turn heads or give you a headache. It’s just simple and lovely, like that ‘nice’ and genuine girl in the group who helps everyone without expecting anything in return. It gives off a sense of calm and harmony. A very beautiful fragrance, excellent for after a bath.
What a pleasant surprise; I absolutely loved it. It’s a liquorish talc, fine and harmonious—sweet but not overpowering, more like that gentle freshness after a shower. You can clearly detect the three notes: raspberry, sandalwood, and jasmine, with a shy touch of vanilla and a pillow-like musk. I really liked it and hope it lasts; if it does, I’ll be buying more. Very pleasant.
Sensus Santal is a sweet, caramelized, and creamy woodsy fragrance that, in my opinion, has more notes than it claims: it smells like butterscotch, kind of like a Milky Way bar, and reminded me a lot of Britney’s Fantasy. It’s a cheerful and casual scent, even though the bottle is understated. The caramel-colored liquid screams gourmand, making it ideal for autumn and winter. It lasts about four to five hours, which is average for Avon, with regular projection. It’s a lovely feminine fragrance for caramel lovers.
They tried the ‘for Him’ version and I decided to gift it to my 18-year-old daughter, and we loved it. It’s still a take on Santal 33, a great fragrance with a good reputation, but this one feels even more feminine. Right from the start, I smell caramel and pepper, which I love, and the dry down is rich, like bread with butter. For Avon, the quality has really surprised me. Even if it’s a dupe, I highly recommend it; at this price, it’s perfect for daily wear and you can wear a lot of it.
