I’ve been wearing this for two years, so it’s had time to settle. It smells good if you like jasmine, but it’s a mature, nocturnal jasmine—nothing fresh or youthful; it more evokes the stifling July and August nights in southern Spain. The promised notes have completely disappeared; with a lot of imagination, you might catch a hint of leather and amber at the base, but the citrus, florals, spices, and wood aren’t there. It’s basically a one-note jasmine scent with no evolution. I like the flower, but with this simplicity, I’d rather have it in my garden than on my skin. The longevity is short, about 5 or 6 hours, and the projection lasts only half an hour. I wouldn’t buy it again.
