About Sameera Noir
Sameera Noir by Al Haramain: Oriental Floral Elegance
Sameera Noir is the latest creation from Al Haramain Perfumes, a house that surprises us with a unisex fragrance launched in 2025. It belongs to the Oriental Floral olfactory family, a perfect balance between the warmth of resins and the freshness of white flowers.
From the very first spray, a citrusy spark of Calabrian bergamot illuminates the composition. Gradually, the heart of orange blossom envelops the senses with its sweet and slightly narcotic character, while the earthy base of patchouli and the modern amber of Ambrofix add depth and sillage.
The opening of Sameera Noir is vibrant and refreshing thanks to Italian bergamot, which offers a sunny and elegant radiance. This citrus note doesn't last long, but it serves its purpose of capturing attention and paving the way for the floral development.
In the heart, orange blossom unfolds with a velvety softness. It's a sweet and clean neroli with hints of honey and a green touch that makes it very versatile. This is where the fragrance becomes more romantic and luminous.
The base is dominated by patchouli, which brings an earthy and slightly medicinal character, and by Ambrofix, an ambery molecule that prolongs the sillage with clean, sensual warmth. This combination creates a fascinating contrast between fresh and deep.
Sameera Noir is a fragrance of moderate intensity, ideal for temperate climates or for both day and night wear. Its projection is discreet but consistent, and longevity exceeds eight hours on the skin, leaving an elegant trail.
The composition highlights accords of citrus, white florals, woods, and spices, which are masterfully integrated. It's not a loud fragrance; instead, it invites closeness and contemplation.
Being unisex, it suits anyone seeking a fragrance with personality, without falling into gender stereotypes. It's perfect for those who enjoy contrasts: fresh and warm, sweet and earthy.
Sameera Noir is designed for men and women who appreciate modern oriental fragrances. It's ideal for those seeking an elegant scent signature with a floral touch but without being cloying. It works very well for special occasions, as well as for daily wear if applied with moderation.
Sameera Noir is a very successful offering from Al Haramain. Its balance between citrus freshness, the sweetness of orange blossom, and the depth of patchouli makes it a versatile and alluring fragrance. Although its price isn't among the highest, the quality of the ingredients is noticeable. An excellent choice for those wanting to explore oriental floral without being overwhelmed.

A dupe of Myslf EDP with extremely high quality, in perfume extract concentration. If you let it macerate for a couple of months, it lasts a long time with moderate projection. I have Zimaya’s Itqan Noir and you can notice the difference in quality, and it also lasts a bit longer. The Zimaya one is sweeter and has a much more synthetic opening. 9/10
