Samba Kiss is a sweet little treasure that’s hard to find. My mom gifted it to me years ago, and when I returned to my hometown, I stumbled upon it among my old belongings. Even though the bottle was half-empty and had been open for years, what a surprise! The scent was still intact, which says a lot about its quality. It smells like mint and vanilla candies, with a very soft floral touch and a warm, spicy dry-down. It’s exactly what young people are looking for now, but the mint gives it that unique twist that sets it apart from the rest. It’s warm, tender, youthful, and sugary—perfect for daytime and casual events. The best part is that you can wear it all year round: it works great in the cold, and in the heat, the mint keeps it from being suffocating. Fun fact: when I rediscovered it, I was also gifted Britney Spears’ ‘Fantasy Intimate Edition’ (the white bottle), and upon smelling it, I realized it’s almost identical. Britney’s version is more floral and creamy, perfect for cool days or spring; Samba Kiss is fruitier and more summery, better for hot weather, but they share the same DNA. If you like sweet, cheerful perfumes and come across it for sale, even if it’s hard to find, give it a try—you’ll love it.
