Rose Arabia Almond smells like juicy, sweet nard, similar to Mancera’s Velvet Vanilla but less sticky. It starts with that acidic raspberry note mixed with almond, then the flowers emerge. The star is the nard blended with juicy peach and plum that you notice all the time. The dry down is very sweet, where vanilla and praline mix with a subtle patchouli (on my skin) and the nard. I see it as super feminine for day and night, lasting over 8 hours on skin. Don’t wear it in the heat; it’s better for fresh or rainy days. If you like sweet, fruity nard, you’ll love it.
Great blend, you can’t pinpoint a single note. It’s sweet but not cloying, and very soft. Projection is low, lasting about 4-5 hours. I’ve never smelled anything like this.
