Snagged it for $10 and it’s an absolute steal. It’s a clean, elegant oud with zero animalic notes. It has serious personality: the spiced saffron opens strong before settling into a very fine rose. Perfect for cold days or outdoors. Note: since it’s oud, use it moderately in the office.

I was looking for copper and found gold. This is for those who want intense, dry wood with no sweetness. Notes of saffron, spices, and a hard synthetic oud with a herbal, medicinal touch. At $10, it’s insane and doesn’t smell like cheap alcohol. The cumin adds a slight bitterness, but the rose at the base gives it roundness without being cloying. It’s unisex, but better suited for men over 45 with a semi-formal style. Avoid it for dates; it might be too much. Sillage and longevity are decent, but the price is what saves it.

Short review: my partner and I grabbed it on sale for under $14. It smells like old wood from grandpa’s closets. If a woman wears it, she smells like a nursing home matron; if a man, like a classic car collector. It doesn’t last long on skin and rarely gets compliments. Now I only use it to mix with citrus fragrances. I wouldn’t buy it again.
