Descripción

Pepe Jeans For Him Cocktail by Pepe Jeans London is a woody-spicy fragrance for men. Launched in 2019, this olfactory composition was created by perfumer Jérôme di Marino. In its initial phase, the fragrance unfolds with top notes of yuzu, grapefruit, and violet leaf; the heart reveals a blend of ginger, cardamom, and thyme; while the base settles on cedar, dry wood, and moss.

  • It’s a fragrance I barely tried and didn’t like. I expected something more tropical and sweet. Once I smelled it, I understood its purpose: ideal for hot days, spring, or summer, strictly for daytime use. The opening is a bit alcoholic. It basically smells like the peel of some citrus, like lime or lemon, with that concentrated bitterness that adds a touch of elegance or formality and makes you look older. It doesn’t smell like a fragrance for young people; it smells like the typical citrus deodorant from the supermarket. I ended up gifting it to my father, who prefers it much more than I do. I’d give it a 5/10; it fulfills what it’s made for but has nothing special. If you’re looking for a tropical summer aroma, I think there are better options, though more expensive, like D&G Light Blue Forever, JPG Le Beau, or even Versace Pour Homme.

  • What a surprise! This perfume is beautiful. It opens strong with citrus and ginger, then transforms into a spectacular mandarin scent. Super cute; I didn’t expect it to be so sweet and long-lasting.

  • A soft citrus fragrance with medium longevity and some good value for the price, plus quirky packaging. At this price point, it performs better than Antonio Bandera scents. Similar fragrances include Benetton Pure Sport Man in green and Burberry Weekend. Notes include lemon verbena, grapefruit, bergamot, and spices. I’m wearing it now and it’s perfect for days when you need to feel fresh.

  • It’s okay, but nothing more. The opening smells like lemonade; it reminded me of Halloween Man Hero, though this one doesn’t taste like candy—it feels less synthetic and less sweet, giving it a more serious vibe. Ginger is noticeable almost the whole time, first with the citrus and then softer with the woods. There seems to be a very faint floral touch, though I’m not sure if I’m mistaking it for herbal notes. Longevity is around five hours; projection starts strong then drops off, which is fine since we don’t want it projecting too much. Halloween is more potent in that regard. For the price, it’s not bad; I paid less than half of what I spent on Hero. It’s hard not to compare them, even the colorful bottles have something in common, but these aren’t clones—it lacks that Invictus or candy vibe. In terms of quality, neither stands out. Ideal for daytime, spring, summer, totally informal, just for walking around the neighborhood without expecting much.

  • It’s fresh and easy to wear, with an opening where the mandarin shines without being overpowering. It has moderate projection and sillage, but it performs better than other semi-exotic fragrances. You’ll probably enjoy it, but once it’s gone, you won’t buy it again.
