  I tried this by pure chance and, lucky me, I nailed it. Just putting it on my skin instantly reminded me of Paco Rabanne Pure XS, which I love, but on my body it barely lasts 2 or 3 hours. What does this smell like? Like a heady candy treat, fruity yet earthy at the same time. The lemon opening gives a fresh kick, but it’s gone in minutes. Then, the cocoa, tonka bean, and black currants bring that sweet, fruity vibe of Pure XS. The leathery birch, amberwood, and very earthy patchouli close it out with a myrrh-like base—half sweet, spicy, and powdery. I don’t know if it’s a clone, dupe, or inspiration, but it smells the same from start to finish for less than half the price (around $25 for 100 ml). So far, it has better longevity and projection on my skin than the original. Longevity and projection? I applied it 7 hours ago and it’s still clearly noticeable, projecting moderately when I move my arms. In this regard, and on MY skin, it crushes Paco. Once you try it, you’ll remember me. Highly recommended.

  Incredible perfume! Spicy, earthy, sexy, fruity, and woody… it has it all. It’s like adding cocoa to Creed’s Aventus. After finishing the bottle, I can say it bears a strong resemblance to Givenchy Gentleman (2017).

  A fragrance for summer nights at clubs and pubs, youthful and sweet like eggnog. At first, it gives the sensation of a piña colada and cream, or rather, cocoa. As it dries down, the spices and wood with tonka make it a bit more serious, though without losing that festive vibe. Not bad for its range. The bottle is gorgeous, honestly, and I can’t determine the performance since it was a quick test. I imagine at least 5 or 6 sprays.

  A fragrance for summer nights at clubs and pubs, youthful and sweet like spiced rum. It evokes a piña colada vibe, but more accurately, it smells like cream and cocoa. As it dries down, the spices and tonka wood make it slightly more serious, though without losing that festive energy. It’s not bad for its price range. The bottle is genuinely beautiful, and while I can’t judge longevity since this was a test spray, I imagine it lasts at least 5-6 hours.

  I think this is the best one from Pepe Jeans. It has many layers that reveal themselves over time. It starts very fresh (not aquatic) and effervescent, like a mix of bergamot, Coca-Cola, and rum. It’s an olfactory punch. As it settles, it keeps a bit of that spice (I suspect cinnamon) but becomes sweeter, losing the initial freshness. It gets more chocolatey but not overly sweet; instead, it’s earthy with some weight, likely due to the cocoa and tonka bean. It projects for the first 2 hours (never quite like Beast Mode) and then fades, but it’s always present. Because it’s so spicy and effervescent, combined with the sweetness, you definitely know you’re wearing it. It’s quite similar to PR Pure XS. I’d give it a 7.8/10. Best used at night, ideal for fall and winter, and in spring only on cool nights. It’s playful, not formal, suited for ages 20-35. Perfect for going out to grab a drink or casual dinner; I’m not sure if it has the power for a club. In that case, I’d go with PR Pure XS Night or Ultra Male.

  Great surprise! While it’s not a clone of Paco Rabanne’s Pure XS, it follows a similar path; owning both isn’t redundant since this Pepe Jeans scent takes a more earthy, chocolatey direction. The cocoa and cinnamon notes blend beautifully, and the initial citrus and fruity opening hints at an evolution where cocoa, tonka bean, and cinnamon eventually dominate. It’s a fragrance that has flown under the radar of YouTubers… highly recommended!

  Just bought it and I can say it has a smell similar to One Million Elixir but of a lower category. It has a trail of 3/5 and lasts on the skin for about 4 hours.

  I tested it in-store on skin. The opening, in my opinion, is very poor. The mix of citrus and bitter cocoa is simply unpleasant; it doesn’t work. Then, once the citrus fades, it does leave a very curious fragrance. I found myself addicted to smelling it because I could detect several layers: cocoa, woods, earthy tones, tonka bean… But honestly, I don’t see it as a perfume that earns compliments; it’s a strange, unconventional scent. Longevity was good on my skin for me, maybe around 8 hours, but I feel the projection isn’t very good since the notes are so particular…

  Smells great and stands out a bit from the usual crowd, yet still fits a carefree style. Perfect if you’re young, love Rabanne, but can’t quite stretch your budget. Not super potent, but given the price, it’s not painful to overapply.

  Smells amazing. I agree 100% with those who say it’s like a drunken candy; it’s that exact scent. It’s delicious and versatile, but not for night unless you douse yourself with half a bottle. It doesn’t project much and the trail is soft, but up close it’s one of the most flattering scents I’ve ever worn; if it lasted longer, it would be a bomb. Safe to buy blind. If you catch it at a good price, it’s recommended, and I’d buy it again only on a really good deal.

  Bought blind and it didn’t work. The opening smells very strange, synthetic, and the drydown is linear; once it dries, it becomes even weirder. It’s not for me, and I wouldn’t recommend it even at this price.
