Nabeel, meaning Noble, captures the essence of the East with tales of royalty and magic. The textured bottle with its peach-toned cap and display case packaging are lovely touches. At first, it’s intense, animalic, and dominated by leather blended with rose, saffron, and marigold, but citrus and cashmere wood soften the leather into a pleasant musky vibe. Then, ylang-ylang highlights a green rose accented with cardamom and sage, supported by cedar and cashmere. While the floral notes might sound feminine, the animalic facets, leather, Gurjum balsam, and vetiver give it a very masculine twist. It comes in a nice 50ml presentation, but beware: this isn’t a blind buy; it may not suit everyone and can be tricky to wear.
