  Miss Dior Esprit Parfum (Vintage) is like a younger sister following in Miss Dior’s footsteps through those royal forests. She shares the same air, gesture, and gaze, but when she pauses by a fountain surrounded by jasmine on a fresh morning, she changes a bit. She carries a bouquet of flowers because she’s still a girl and fears the stillness of the woods, so her scent is more evening-like and free from those harsh urine-like notes sometimes found in the original. She enjoys playing with plants and herbs, using them as vines in her long hair, since both Esprit and Miss ditch the usual silver and opt for damp ferns with an animal touch, cultivated by Aromatics in that very forest. They visit each other when the palace isn’t watching, knowing they’re of the same blood. They nap between the moss, though she seeks a drier spot since her palace white dresses demand cleanliness and she can’t understand how her sister stays clean by evening. She carries a bit of mead (a gift from Malefica Aromatics) that makes her sweeter and more honeyed. When they finally sleep in their bourgeois room at nightfall, no one knows who is who. Aromatics watches over them in their dreams because she owns the night and almost falls asleep from the peace they radiate. It’s a marvelous, unshakeable creation living in centuries-old forests, sipping tea from blue porcelain cups. Nowadays, she’s beautiful yet distant, swept away by anonymous creations. Her life is almost ghostly, like a legend only the elders know; finding her is like seeing a mirage.
