Opens with patchouli, spices, and oud; among the spicy notes, I can detect clove, cinnamon, and star anise, none dominating the others but blending seamlessly. The patchouli reminds me of Vertus Solé Patchouli. Lavanda adds freshness while leather provides body, giving it a masculine touch. It’s not an animalic oud, but wearable, intense, with a very pleasant earthy wood base. For a second edition, I’d add that it’s ideal for men over 40, featuring a chocolatey patchouli opening, lavender, and soft leather, perfect for temperate or cold weather. It’s a beast mode: projects about 2 meters for the first 3 hours leaving a trail, then stays in a personal bubble for another 3 hours, and I can still detect it on my skin at 12.5 hours.

Bought it blind and it’s a total disappointment: it doesn’t last, has no projection, and smells bad. I also ordered decants of Elixirs of the World, which are ridiculously expensive, and none are worth it; they smell very basic and last nothing. A complete waste of money with this house.
