I bought it blind on the recommendation of a niche community expert whose taste I trust 100% and who I share interests with. He told me it was a glacial rose, elegant and delicate, and what a hit. A lead rose very well supported by iris (the two dominant notes) with lots of musk. It exudes great elegance, sophistication, and class; it’s a very fine and well-made fragrance. I recommend it if this type of scent is your thing. Longevity, projection, and sillage are correct (far from beast mode but with good performance), it’s completely unisex with a classic vibe. Exquisite, and I repeat, elegant and refined.

I can’t believe it. I tested the original 2ml sample on my wrist and from the very first second, it smelled repulsive, like rotting vegetables macerated in motor oil. I wish I could feel what others experience, but all I want is to get it off my skin, and I can’t—the longevity is brutal, that’s for sure. Maybe the vial is spoiled; I can’t think of any other explanation.
