I don’t understand how so-called perfumers claim Just Ward is a dupe for Delina; there’s NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. I’ve worked in a perfumery for almost a year, and this perfume doesn’t even come close to Delina. Do you know which one actually is? Pepe Jeans For Her. Ask all those ‘perfumers’ to smell Pepe Jeans and then Just Ward, and you’ll understand what I mean. Anyway, about this perfume: it smells like a delicious creamy coconut with a fresh and sweet piña colada, not cloying but attractive and addictive. Recommended for cold days and special occasions. Three sprays are enough. Lasts over four hours on the skin. After the first few hours, it becomes even more delicious, highlighting the caramel with the coconut. If you’re looking to buy blind, I definitely recommend this fragrance; I doubt there’s a woman who wouldn’t love it. Also, it’s worth noting that Yara has different notes, highlighting more caramel and other fruits, but with Just Ward, it feels much more like a piña colada with creamy coconut.
It’s not a dupe for Yara, nor does it pretend to be one beyond the bottle. I’m not saying it’s a masterpiece, but it’s a very pleasant, cheerful, sweet, and cozy fragrance without being cloying, with more than acceptable longevity. It is definitely a snob detector, like many Arabic fragrances.
It lasts twice as long and projects more than Yara, and it smells richer. Nothing more to say.
To those who say the only thing this resembles Yara is the bottle, I don’t know what Yara you’ve smelled. This is literally identical to Yara Rosa. It’s an even better dupe than the original; it smells the same but with more intensity.
I applied it and it smells like nothing but something sweet and creamy, like rich coconut with vanilla, but nothing like Yara as I expected. After three minutes, there’s no scent left at all. I bought it because people said it was more potent with better projection than Yara, but that’s not the case. Plus, the trail and longevity are terrible. What a shame.
