Freeze in flames by Riiffs Perfumes: A Fiery-Fresh Unisex Scent for 2025

Riiffs Perfumes introduces Freeze in flames, a new unisex fragrance that plays with the contrast between icy and fiery. Its aromatic fruity family makes it a versatile choice for those who want character without sacrificing freshness.

Launched in 2025, this scent combines vibrant fruity notes with a herbal heart and a woody, musky base. The result is a modern, dynamic, and surprisingly balanced perfume.

The opening of Freeze in flames is an explosion of fruit and freshness: raspberry, red apple, Calabrian bergamot, passion fruit, and green mint. This start is juicy, slightly tart, and very luminous, ideal for making a memorable first impression.

In the heart, green mint repeats and joins lavender, tea, and sage. Here the freshness becomes more herbal and soothing, with an aromatic feel that recalls a garden after rain. The tea adds softness, while the sage brings a subtle spicy edge.

The base is built on musk and cedar. These notes anchor the composition and give it a subtle warmth that contrasts with the initial freshness. Cedar offers dry, elegant wood, while musk extends the trail with a clean, enveloping finish.

With a rating of 4.19 out of 5 based on 47 reviews, Freeze in flames strikes a good balance between originality and wearability. It is not a loud or overly sweet fragrance, but rather stays in a very pleasant middle ground.

It's a scent designed for daytime, especially in spring and summer, though its woody base allows it to work in milder climates too. The projection is moderate and the longevity is correct for an eau de parfum of this style.

This fragrance is ideal for men and women who enjoy fresh scents with a fruity twist and a slightly warm base. Perfect for those looking for a versatile everyday perfume without falling into the conventional.

Freeze in flames is a safe bet for lovers of contrasts. Its initial freshness melts into a woody, musky base that gives it depth, resulting in a modern, balanced, and very pleasant fragrance to wear.

I tried it in a trusted store; to be brief, it’s a fragrance that opens very fresh with mint notes. The evolution is very noticeable, but at the end in the drydown, in my opinion, it’s a twist between Dumont Nitro Red Intensely, without the mossy touches it has, making it very smooth and subtle, and Erba Pura or Al Haramain Amber Oud Gold Edition, with hints of raspberry, apple, and passion fruit. It’s in between those two perfumes, but leans more toward Erba Pura DNA.
