I love this perfume, it smells great and suits everyone, from a 40-year-old auntie to a 15-year-old kid. When the fig note settles, it leaves a warm woody base that works for anything, day or night. With fig fragrances, I’ve already tried almost everything, but Mar de Ibiza Earth Essence is something else. I use it several times and people always tell me how good it smells. While others are sweet, this is a tribute to the Ibicencan fig tree, green and fruity, as if you were carrying the whole tree and the entire island. It smells like vacation and summer, perfect with the sea under the sun. It’s green, almost ready to ripen: starts with fresh leaves and juicy fruit, then dry wood, and ends with damp earth. If you want to gift an Ibiza experience, this is the best. Believe me, it smells incredible.
