I was totally blown away until I shook off my prejudice that it was a kids’ perfume. I tried it out of curiosity, seeing that fuchsia and purple bottle that looks like an educational toy with its splattered box. At first I thought, ‘smells good, perfect for my 10-year-old niece’… and yes, it smells fresh and nice. But then notes of tea appeared, a touch of musk, and tons of lilac, followed by honeysuckle and amber that elevated everything. It has great longevity. I still think it’s a great gift for her, but I’d definitely wear it myself from time to time.
