What a gem! Top-notch quality; the leather shines with black tobacco, tequila, and lemon, while the sweet cardamomo lingers from start to finish, and the violet is definitely noticeable. Nothing smells synthetic—it’s like having the natural ingredients right in front of you. An absolute beast, one drop and you’re set for the day. The liquid in the bottle lives up to its name, it’s a true treasure.

  • I don’t know, I don’t know if Salvador created a new account and posted a new perfume as if it were the eighth wonder… I don’t know, Rick seems fake.

  • Excellent perfume, you can definitely taste the tequila. I’d describe it as a blend of leather, tequila, lemon, and salt; it’s incredible that some perfumers dare to innovate this well.

  • I don’t know, I don’t think Jackali knows anything about perfumery, and I doubt this fragrance is worth its price for someone to buy, try, and review… haha. P.S. I know this perfume because I gifted it to my husband.

  • I saw a quick video of the perfumer, and it looks like he just mixed existing perfumes, something he himself confirms in the comments. It’s funny to think someone would reply, but smart people understand he meant it’s a pre-made layering with random additives that he might not have even tested properly. Plus, he named self-taught perfumers and claimed Sauvage wasn’t made with a ‘license,’ implying a lack of formal education. I suppose he ignores that he worked at Mane and studied at Charabot. Maybe there are more, but if you have the money for this, buy any of the ones he actually named; you’ll get something purer and less twisted.

  • I bought decants in Mexico, and it’s clearly a blend of known essences. It’s expected because there’s no real perfumer behind it, just someone who thinks you can distill starfish to give it a marine touch. Pisello represents everything wrong with artisanal perfumery; at first glance, it looks like a parody, but it’s a danger to the industry. Go check out the channel, and if you can finish a video, you’ll realize.

Go to this so-called perfumer’s channel and if you can bear to watch a video, you’ll see for yourself.

  • I don’t know, I don’t know if this guy jckali knows anything about perfumery and that perfume isn’t even within his budget to buy, know, and write his own review… lol 🤣 P.S. I know this perfume because I gifted it to my husband!!!

An excellent perfume, you can really feel the Tequila. I’d describe it as a blend of leathers, tequila, lemon, and salt. It’s incredible that perfumers dare to make these innovations with such excellent quality.

  • UPDATE 13/sep/24: I wore it today for the national holidays. My daughter came in saying ‘what did I put on?’ and my wife said she could smell it all the way in the kitchen, like gasoline. Obviously, it doesn’t smell like Gucci Guilty, which is a delight, or Fahrenheit, which is a classic. I’m saying it is indeed very potent, very oily, and you can perceive it all the time, but it’s definitely not what I expected. 29/feb/2024: I got the perfume from the good Isra at the end of November; I was among the first after those who bought it on Mxscent. The blend reminded me a bit of old ink (Encre Noir, Cherry Ink without cherry, Birch Black Pepper); they aren’t the same, but they have a similar point. You can definitely smell the cheap tequila! But sadly, it’s not lasting as expected, only about 4 to 5 hours. I’ll give it a hard shake to let it oxidize a bit and will store it for a while to see if it settles for next winter. And honestly, it felt a bit expensive… and the croxatto and various independents, of course!

This ‘perfume’ is the biggest motherfucker in Mexican perfumery. Supposed noses like Pisello and Israel Moreno couldn’t even build a composition like this. And let’s be honest: Four thousand pesos for this, literally with tequila thrown in? No, gentlemen, what little… Make it smell natural and last, but it’s not under IFRA regulations. They weren’t put there to hurt, they’re there to stop this from happening, but in Mexico, it doesn’t seem to matter. It’s not like Pisello/Alejandro claim ‘you take the perfume to INFRA to get it approved.’ Who approved it? They pulled your leg hard. Regulations are amendments for perfumers to study. It’s not that cinnamon, cardamom, or cloves are ‘hypoallergenic’ as Alejandro said; their derivatives contain eugenol and cinnamaldehyde that must be regulated to avoid burning the skin, and anyone will suffer if they aren’t respected. If the composition were correct, it would have birch tar, ionones, tobacco aroma chemicals, etc. Literally pouring tequila in is not professional. If you knock the price down to 500 pesos or less and it doesn’t irritate your skin, go ahead; if not, don’t even think about it.

  • JavierSantana

Why do they compare this to 7 Mâles? That one is actually worth its price and doesn’t deceive. Secondly, the black liquid color and lack of professionalism lead me to classify it as potentially carcinogenic to leather and smoky notes; they use tar. NEVER wear this on your skin. Something amber or ruby is already alarming, but this is black. Don’t play games with this.

  • The worst perfume I’ve ever heard of, what a shame how people ask for it. It damages perfumery with these aromatics, and that’s putting it lightly. Don’t buy it, especially now that it’s so expensive; it smells like cheap tequila with cheap floral notes from fake perfumes. Honestly, disgusting.

  • The worst perfume I’ve ever tried, what a shame. It ruins the entire fragrance industry with these additives, and calling it ‘bad’ is an understatement. Do not buy this; the price is ridiculous. It smells like cheap tequila mixed with low-quality florals, just like fake designer perfumes. Total garbage.
