In Chantilly Eau de Vie, there’s a sweet, vanilla pear note paired with gardenia and sampac jasmine, which I’m not huge on, plus frangipani, but it doesn’t stop me from wearing it; it’s pleasant for everyday use (even though I’m not a fruit lover). Pear fans will adore this because the pear is the star and feels very realistic. A dear friend gifted it to me, and I wear it in cool or cold weather since it can get cloying in summer. It has some resemblance to Avon’s Far Away Infinity (which I also own, though it has low performance); honestly, between the two, I prefer Chantilly Eau de Vie, which sometimes smells like pear ice cream. Medium longevity, definitely worth testing before buying.
