Fresh and easy-to-wear iris, ideal for everyday use or as a signature. It’s that pleasant, clean scent that everyone loves. In just two days of wearing it, I’ve received several compliments, which is shocking given the price ($12.99) compared to other scents in my collection that cost 20 times more and haven’t gotten a single positive reaction. In short: a crowd-pleasing and affordable fragrance that’s worth it.
It’s a bold and chivalrous fragrance that’s very well-liked. The iris comes through immediately—that makeup-y yet lactonic scent, not like Dior’s but more like Valentino Uomo. It’s iris and leather with a chocolatey touch, without being heavy. Fearless to wear, it’s perfect as a daily signature: clean and fresh.
I’m an iris and talc lover; Prada L’Homme and Dior Homme Intense are in my top 5 (I own 130+ fragrances). On the other hand, Valentinos give me a headache. I bought this based on its olfactive pyramid: it smells like a cosmetics case and lipstick, making it unisex. It partially delivers on the talc note, but I don’t detect leather; when it dries, it smells like pencil shavings. It’s innocent, like being in a makeup factory. The opening is spectacular, but like most ZARA scents, the longevity and sillage are weak. If you have to choose an iris, I’d vote for Dior. Is it recommendable? With so many options, it doesn’t stand out. It’s not common, but it doesn’t say WOW either. DP: Doesn’t seem to copy anything; it’s original. 🤔🤨
