I have a decant of this beast. Fragrance World, don’t abandon us; please, make this beast again. All of us who grabbed it thanks to Bvlgari Man in Black beg you to bring it back.
June 2025, and I can guarantee this perfume performs way better than the current Bvlgari Man in Black. I was truly speechless the first time I used it. It’s been over a month, and the scent keeps evolving while staying almost identical to Bvlgari. I’d buy it a thousand times just to know I’ll always have this fragrance.
June 2025, and I can guarantee this perfume performs much better than the current Bvlgari Man in Black. I was truly speechless when I used it for the first time. It’s been over a month, and the scent keeps improving while maintaining an aroma almost identical to Bvlgari. I’d buy it a thousand times just to be sure I’ll always have this fragrance.
Standing at Fragrance World, this smells 99.99% identical to Bvlgari Man In Black, but with a major advantage: it lasts longer. Guys, buy it without hesitation—it’s a beast.
I have a decant of this beast. PLEASE, FRAGANCE WORLD, DON’T ABANDON US—BRING THIS BEAST BACK ASAP. WE ALL THANK YOU FOR THE ORIGINAL BVLGARI MAN IN BLACK.
When I discovered it in 2023, I was fascinated. It’s more long-lasting, a bit darker in its sweetness, and the rum note is slightly muted. But the difference is practically nothing; it’s a gem from Fragrance World.
A reformulated jewel: the case of Bvlgari Man In Black. This creation by the famous Alberto Morillas is a masterpiece that combines tobacco, rum, leathers, and woods into an intense, 100% masculine fragrance. It projects maturity, character, and sensuality, making it the perfect choice for those seeking a sophisticated and luxurious scent, worthy of James Bond. Its olfactory profile unfolds with greater splendor in cool and temperate climates, where its complexity and depth can be appreciated in full. It’s ideal for nighttime occasions, where its imposing and seductive presence can leave a lasting mark. However, the current version of Bvlgari Man In Black has been a victim of several reformulations that have significantly altered its original essence. Longevity has been drastically reduced, not exceeding 5 hours, and the trail is soft and almost imperceptible. Fortunately, the Arab perfume industry has captured the DNA of the original fragrance in Bavaria Man Intense by Fragrance World, a dupe that notably improves longevity (+8 hours) and projection (+3 hours with an intense trail) without sacrificing quality. Plus, the price is considerably more accessible. If you’re a fan of the original Bvlgari Man In Black, I recommend trying Bavaria Man Intense. It’s an excellent alternative that revives the spirit of this iconic fragrance, perfect for those looking for a sophisticated and seductive scent for their most special nights.
Bought it last year for 13 euros for 100ml. A steal. 99% similar to Bvlgari Man In Black in opening, heart, and base. Extraordinary performance. Lasts for days on clothes. On skin, if you wear it at night, it’s still very noticeable the next morning until you shower (10-12 hours easily, or more). Projects about 3 hours at a good distance. In my first uses, it performed well for 7-8 hours; now that it has aged and oxidized, it’s a total beast. After confirming the brutal similarity to MIB and its incredibly low price, I bought a second bottle—200ml for 26 euros. It’s out of stock in my country now, and I have enough for years of reserve. Although most say this is a night scent, personally I wear it all day during the coldest phase of winter; days with a max temperature of 13-15 degrees are ideal for me, except when I have to go to the office.

For those missing this great perfume, look for Titán Black by Paris Corner. It’s a twist between Man in Black and Black Orient, both by Bvlgari that I owned in the past (the latter is now discontinued). It’s very much worth it and extremely similar to the original.
I agree with what’s already been said; the similarity to the original is notable. That said, I don’t think it projects much, even though the statistics on this page are favorable in that regard.
I find it lovely, a captivating scent—somewhat mature on one side but with a youthful touch, leaving a tranquil vibe. The tobacco is soft and dominant, the vanilla also quite soft; it’s rich and inviting you to get closer. My girlfriend categorizes it as a smell for an ‘old man’ but says it’s delicious; I see it as suitable for ages 25 and up, for night or elegant winter wear. It seems identical to the original; I haven’t tested them side-by-side, but I know Bvlgari well, and it smells the same to me. The spices play an excellent role. As we know, Fragrance World creates amazing perfumes, except they don’t make them alcoholic like other dupes. An authentic Arab brand, rich rum note, that mix with spices makes it feel genuine.
Excellent fragrance. Knowing the original, there are almost no differences. It opens rich with spices and a liquor-like aroma that fades quickly, then the Tolu Balsam comes in, followed by soft leather and tobacco, which is what dominates. Moderate projection and longevity that can reach 8 hours. Recommended when you want to dress up without being too formal. It was discontinued for a while, but it seems the Arab brands are more attentive to their customers than designer houses, so they brought it back. A 10/10 for price, similarity, and performance compared to the original. As almost always, aging makes the magic happen.
Found it in stock by pure luck—don’t know if they’ve already discontinued it, but in Argentina, getting your hands on this is a real luxury. I bought it because of the hype and because everyone says it’s identical to Man in Black. For someone like me who isn’t an expert, they are indistinguishable. What left me speechless is the longevity: I sprayed it last night at 8 PM, went to sleep, and today at 11 AM I’m still getting subtle bursts. Only two sprays on skin. Today I wore Davidoff Cool Water, and wow, this beast managed to outlast it completely. If you like the original and can find this dupe, don’t hesitate; it’s worth every penny.
