Descripción
Authentic Moment Man by Abercrombie & Fitch is a men's fragrance from the fresh family. Launched in 2022, the nose behind this composition is Yves Cassar. The top notes unfold a vibrant freshness with apple, cinnamon, bergamot, and cypress; the heart reveals the elegance of neroli; while the base notes land in an enveloping warmth thanks to vanilla, sandalwood, Amberwood, and musk.

Ufff, I bought this fragrance to try it and at the first spray I enjoyed it to the max. It has an opening where the bergamot and sandalwood are noticeable; undoubtedly, in the base vanilla prevails with a slight leather touch. It’s attractive and worthy of your best dates. It has good longevity and projection depending on how much you spray. In summary, an excellent fragrance, very good price and it really made a good impression in my collection.
Ugh, I bought this just to test it out, but I loved it after the first spray. At first, you get the bergamot and sandalwood, but the vanilla base dominates with a very subtle leather touch. It’s an attractive fragrance, perfect for your best dates. Good longevity and projection depending on how much you spray. In short, it’s excellent, great price, and a fantastic addition to my collection.
It’s a clone of Boss Bottled EDT. Good longevity and sillage. If you like the Bottled, this option is cheaper and lasts longer. 4/10.
Boss Bottled EDT clone. Good longevity and sillage. I think nowadays, if you like Bottled, this is cheaper and longer-lasting. 4/10.
Well, I’m going to forget that the Authentic Moment by A&F is a perfect clone of Hugo Boss Bottled, otherwise I couldn’t write this review. Sorry, it’s woody, spicy, with a fruity opening of mature bergamot and apple bathed in cinnamon. After a while, the neroli flower reinforces the citrus and gives it depth. But who takes the laurels is the creamy, smoky sandalwood, well-woody with cedar and vanilla. Very good semi-selective fragrance that lasts hours and projects moderately, but feels creamy and deep. Not youthful or informal; it has elegance. Daytime, with a sensual touch due to the fruit and sandalwood. Worth it as an economical option.
Although it’s a sweet and rich scent, it doesn’t quite end up pleasing me. It’s better defined than the Authentic from the same line, but there’s still something that doesn’t fully convince me. To be honest, it’s very rich and pleasant; I recommend it. The opening is sweet with cinnamon and apple; if it weren’t for the citrus of the bergamot and the dryness of the cypress, it would be very cloying. In the heart, it relaxes with neroli. In the base, they don’t fail: vanilla, musk, and sandalwood. It’s sweet and invites you into your personal bubble for intimate encounters. I recommend it for the quality/price ratio: it’s worth it. I think it’s more youthful than the Authentic, but with the right clothes it’s timeless. I like it, but I don’t love it; maybe with time I’ll change my mind. Recommend trying before buying, I went blind. I’m not regretting it and I would buy it again. It works perfectly in the office, doesn’t bother anyone.
I just got it and it smells very good. As soon as you spray, it smells almost identical to Moschino Forever. After an hour, it takes on a certain resemblance to Boss Bottled, but without losing the trail of MF. It’s a good scent for little money, recommended if you like these smells; it will surely remind you of them. I liked it to have as a backup in case one runs out.
I just got it and I have to say it smells great. As soon as you spray it, it smells almost identical to Moschino Forever; after an hour, it takes on a certain resemblance to Boss Bottled, but without losing that Forever vibe. It’s a good scent for a low price, recommended if you like these aromas—you’ll definitely remember them. I liked having it as a backup in case one of mine runs out.
My favorite was always HUGO BOSS BOTTLED, but its reformulations left it very diluted. What a surprise to smell this AM Puff! What a wonder. ❤️ It smells almost exactly like HB, very few differences are noticeable. Even it lasted longer than the Bottled: more than 12 hours on skin. Highly recommended! 🔥
My favorite perfume was always HUGO BOSS BOTTLED, but the reformulations left it way too diluted. What a surprise to smell this AM Puff! What a marvel. ❤️ It smells almost exactly like the HB; the differences are barely noticeable. Plus, this lasted longer than the Bottled—over 12 hours on my skin. Totally recommended! 🔥
In my adolescence, late 90s, I got my first Hugo Boss Bottled; it was a beast in projection and longevity. Today, at 30, I tried it again and tremendous disappointment 😞: it doesn’t last anymore and projects for 30 minutes; the reformulations killed it. Also, now it smells like an adolescent scent to me. I searched a lot for a perfume with the same DNA but more distinguished until I found this Authentic Moment Men. At the first spray, a smile appeared on my face: it’s 95% similar to Bottled. There’s that cinnamon, apple, and aromatic vanilla, delicious, and the depth of the sandalwood gives it that distinguished touch. The best: it projects more than the current Bottled and lasts what it should, 7 hours, not the mockery of 4. But there’s more: it costs half as much as the current Bottled. A well-hidden gem. Plus: the puff bottle, heavy glass with a magnetic cap 🧲. Occasions: for everything, 100% versatile. Climate: almost for everything, except extreme cold or heat.
One of my first fragrances, a gift from my mother. She loves it, I think it’s fine though it doesn’t kill me. Scent: 7/10, Longevity: 6/10, Sillage: 6.5/10.
The authentic home, with that light coffee tone, Moment only evokes the heartwarming: family, home, the old days. It’s an obvious dupe of the classic Hugo Boss Bottled from the 90s, since the original reformulations have diluted its essence and Moment rescues that part. It kicks off with a juicy apple (a bit synthetic) followed by a cinnamon that swirls and compacts in the air. After an hour, the base dominates: vanilla sandalwood and an amberwood that gives it a sweet, aged feel, like a candy encapsulated in wood. It’s a classic apple and cinnamon whiff, like scented candles, that drifts into a box of grandma’s vanilla candies. It’s the longest-lasting in the collection: 8 hours well sprayed, strong projection for the first 2. Informal, for cold mornings and the office. It’s a 2/4: safe, but very seen due to the Bottled phenomenon. Lack of subtlety between phases; the neroli is nonexistent and it jumps from cinnamon to sandalwood abruptly, showing weaknesses. The resemblance to Bottled and its robust performance stand out. At a good price, it’s correct, though it imitates something mass-produced. Still an option.
Smells super cozy. The first thing you notice is a juicy green apple that quickly evolves into an intense, enveloping cinnamon. It’s not fresh, but not heavy either; ideal for indoors and cold weather, though its best moment is winter due to its sweet and woody notes. It gives the sensation of being in a cabin surrounded by sandalwood and cedar while cooking an apple with cinnamon. It’s a mature and serious scent, nothing jovial, so better not for parties or casual occasions. I applied 4 sprays and after 3 hours it was still just as intense; even after showering, it left a trail right on the skin. With my pH, the longevity is not bad at all.
The authentic homebody, with that light coffee tone, Moment evokes something nostalgic: family, home, the old days, and that’s what it tries to emulate. It has a familiar opening—the apple/cinnamon combo from Hugo Boss Bottled, the German brand’s 90s classic; you could say it’s an obvious dupe of the original editions. I consider it a good dupe for Bottled because, in my opinion, the reformulations have diluted its essence, and Moment rescues that part. The perfume launches with a gallop: juicy but synthetic apple, followed by cinnamon swirling like a boomerang before settling in the air. After an hour, dominated by the top notes, it evolves into its base: the same sandalwood and vanilla, with a second-tier amberwood giving it a sweet, aged feel, creating the effect of a sweet treat trapped inside wood. Without notes, Moment is a classic apple and cinnamon whiff, very common in room sprays, which then drifts into a nightstand box where our grandmothers kept their sweets jealously guarded—sweet and slightly powdery. In summary, we have a wooden box upholstered with sweet vanilla that, when opened, emits that apple-cinnamon combo, a current trend in scented candles. It’s the most long-lasting in the collection; well-sprayed, it lasts 8 hours with significant projection for the first 2 hours. The rest is skin scent. Now it’s informal, for cold mornings and the office; it’s a classic scent any man can wear at any age. For me, it’s a 2/4: certainly not the riskiest perfume, it’s safe and might be very common due to the Bottled phenomenon. Another thing to note is the lack of subtlety between its phases; the declared neroli is nonexistent, and the perfume jumps instantly from cinnamon to sandalwood, showing weaknesses in the composition. I highlight its strong resemblance to Bottled and its performance, which is clearly the most robust of the Authentic line. For the price, it’s a decent perfume; unfortunately, it imitates something already mass-produced and well-known. Still, at a good price, it remains an option.
