I received a sample and have been testing it for two days. The projection is impressive, lasting 8 hours without needing to reapply, offering great value at 60€ for 100ml. The citrus opening doesn’t fade; it smells like vetiver with a high, sharp bergamot note—very fresh and clean. I like it, but it might not appeal to everyone. Like Encre Noire or Guerlain’s Vetiver, it has a lot of subjectivity, and sometimes the interpretation isn’t positive, which is a significant downside. It’s unisex, blends well with skin, and while the dry down is floral, the woody notes compensate. The 24 Ice Gold isn’t bad, but I’m unsure where to place it; I don’t love it and hesitate to buy it, though I’d gift it without fear since it works well on me. It’s not standout, lacks special personality, and has almost no sillage, but it’s a valid option for work.
