It opens bright with fresh spice and citrus, then settles into labdanum, leather, and tonka bean with a warm, smoky sweetness.
The top brings together ginger, black pepper, and may chang. The effect characterizes the first minutes: citrusy, fresh-spiced, and a little sharp.
The heart narrows the focus to vetiver and fir. Dry, green, and faintly smoky, it adds a forest-like backbone and keeps the composition upright.
The base holds the signature: amber-toned labdanum, animalic leather, and tonka bean with its vanilla-like sweetness. A soft musky warmth runs underneath.
