About Hua Qiang Ye Meng
Hua Qiang Ye Meng, Cinojad's After-Dark Garden
Released by Cinojad in 2025 for women and men, Hua Qiang Ye Meng leans into green florals with a balsamic twist. It is built around contrast rather than comfort.
A cool, almost herbal snap opens things up, then softens into creamy white petals before settling into warm resin and dry wood.
The top features camphor, sambac jasmine, and wild rose. Camphor brings that crisp, chilled-air feel, sambac adds rich white-floral body with a honeyed edge, and wild rose keeps it petal-fresh instead of powdery.
The heart moves toward the tropics with banana leaf, frangipani, and borneol. Banana leaf gives broad, damp greenness, frangipani turns sunny and custardy, while borneol echoes the opening chill in a smoother register.
Underneath, elemi, benzoin, and rosewood form the base. Elemi flashes bright, lightly spiced resin, benzoin rounds it out with soft balsam sweetness, and rosewood adds a dry, faintly rosy wood frame.
Altogether the scent reads amber, balsamic, white floral, and green, touched by camphor, rose, warm spice, wood, and tropical facets. It never goes fully sheer or fully heavy, staying right in the middle.
It feels best worn slow, especially later in the day, when the cool top can stand out and the cozy base has room to bloom on skin.
Made for fans of green white florals without extra sweetness, and for anyone who likes a camphor edge smoothed by soft resins.
Hua Qiang Ye Meng shows Cinojad working a greener, night-time kind of floral, finished with glowing balsam and wood.
